    What a amazing circuit! The warm up alone is so dynamic! But I personally enjoyed the reverse lunge with the bicep curls💪. Thank you for your consistency!

    Awesome one! Why should we wear trainers in this routine?

      Thanks. Wearing trainers is up to you as they give you more support. I like wearing trainers when using weights and tend to go barefoot for body weight and mat workouts.
