I graduated Berklee College of Music in Boston in 1983 with a Bachelors of Music in jazz drum set performance. Terri Lynne was in my graduating class. I got to see and hear her play quite a bit; remarkable drummer, a protege of Alan Dawson.
love the sound of her K's. I have a lot of cymbals, K's, old big "A"'s, and some newer stuff. But really like my older K's. I love how Terry plays. Lots of chops, but plays like a musician not a drummer. And her toms are tuned to sound like drums, not cardboard boxes. Still some great musicians around who happen to play drums.
