It is normal, units will not take cover on a sandbag, once units stationed on a sandbag have been defeated, new units will not take cover on the sandbag.
funny how some units last longer than bunkers do, vlayrie needs to change that

I use mercenary and bombardier for zombie AFK mode. My bombardier has high caliber, discount tag and tune-up kit 👍
