O problema principal dos corredores iniciantes com ou sem treinador é a falta de consistência, começa forte e animado e aí vai se sabotando, um dia choveu, outro dia muito trabalho, noutro está com gripe e por aí vai. Objetivos muito difíceis tambem causam essa sabotagem.
Bem verdade. A consistência é essencial. É muito melhor treinar menos vezes e conseguir criar um habito de corrida do que ser muito ambicioso acabar por desistir.
