- Chad comprehensively covers Phase Diagrams, plots of Pressure vs Temperature for a substance. He identifies where on the diagram you can locate the 3 phases, identifies the lines of equilibrium, and explains how to identify when the six-phase changes occur. He also identifies the triple point, the critical point, and where a substance might exist as a supercritical fluid. Finally, Chad concludes the lesson by showing the phase diagrams for CO2 and water and indicates what makes each of these unique and distinct from the phase diagram of a typical substance.
I've created a high school chemistry page that organizes all my videos by chapter - just an easier way for you to watch my RUclips videos. Check it out at www.chadsprep.com/chads-high-...

Chad, do u say "Cool" often when your teaching to your students at school?(I'm curious)
Yes, I sure do - you noticed!?!?!? 😁 😁 😁
this was so helpful, thanks Chad!
You're welcome!
What if ice melting under skates is due to heat from friction and not due to pressure? Then maybe CO2 ice would also melt under skates
awakened at 7:30🤣
Periodic yelling unexpectedly is always a good option for a teacher!
Not so simple unless the container is very big, weak and brittle. Otherwise, energy will SLOWLY be removed by the average strength refrigerator. Something like an aluminium can will probably crumple at the weak points, nothing spectacular really.
17:50 Wrong moral advice to like and share if u don't benefit/ like the lecture. All teachers should teach students to have good moral values also.
Thanks for sharing your perspective - Happy Studying!
