Well, I can honestly share with you all, this choked me up. Seeing John now older and Needing more backup.. of-course. Most all of us have strains of vocal cords and are bodies aging in spite of ourselves. It makes me aware of human mortality.. his, mine and all the loved ones in my life. I am so grateful and proud John continues working, traveling on the road and entertaining us fans. He is one tough ole bird! and I believe he knows how much we love him and he returns it. God bless you John. Keep on Playing and Singing. You are our American treasure!

I saw him less than a week ago in Salina, Kansas, and he sounded great. Had tons of energy too.

I saw him at Bonnaroo....June 15th in Manchester Tennessee....with Kelsey Waldon & Brandi Carlile....they sang on some songs.......then the encore, " Paradise " John invited Kelsey Waldon , John's wife Fiona Whelan and son Tommy Prine to the stage for the encore....Great Show......My first time at Bonnaroo.... Rest In Peace John....😢

So hard to watch...John Prine is gone now, Covid 19. He looks so old here, and I remember him when he was young and gorgeous.

I lived in western Kentucky and went to Paradise. So sad to see what the coal companies did to this land

❤ this John Prine song, we are fellow western Kentuckians and Muhlenberg County was heavily strip-minded, 😢
