Love this among all the designs I have seen so far...it has a front porcn and back as well..just as I have dreamed of...how mch does or it cost to draw for me ? I have 300 sq meter lot and have plans of tearing I t down in the futurr really an old house since 1989..its just the two n of us but loves to have friends and cousins com in b over...maybe a 3 bedroom. A storsge room.........not so much of the living room...a. bigger dining room.usually friends hang out in a porch a t the back of th h ouse...or in t he dining area ...need a storage room at the back of the h ouse too...and a dirty kitchenof course and a n laundry area outside the house

How much could this house for costing when you finish everything?
The house is good but let me point out the part that is not ideal for me.... The main door and the exit door in the kitchen is facing.... In feng shui that is a bad design in a house.
