he's such a versatile vocalist! im so used to his beautiful falsetto and his powerful high notes, but when he chooses to sing entirely in his lower register, he surprises me because of how gorgeous he sounds! it's not often he sings like this
i was always fascinated that his singing voice is so close to his actual speaking voice. i think that's one of the reasons his singing is so comforting- he feels familiar even if he has such a wide, wide vocal range. he really has a way to pull you in and MAKE you listen and feel without you knowing.

I STILL can not get enough of this, it was my favourite song when I was young and yes I am old now but I never thought to enjoy a different version to the original but I love it more than the original. It is such a beautiful song of innocent dreams that carry hope, through all the let downs on finding that elusive happiness that we all search for in our everyday lives.
