INGREDIENTS:
1 large onion
2 medium sized carrots
1 seasoning cube
600g of ground beef
1 and half tablespoon of cornflour
4 tablespoons of water to mix cornflour
Spice blend (Ginger,garlic,onion,cloves,star anise,grains of selim, green pepper)
Herb mix ( coriander, parsley and mint)
