hey its me 9 months later just seeing this comment XD i made a strap around my neck like a collar, then ran 2 arm straps from the front of the collar, looped them under my armpits, and attached the ends to the back of the collar. then i ran a strap across my chest to form a bridge between the 2 front arm straps. i then added more straps with buckles at the ends of them to each of the arms straps, one in front of the shoulder and one behind . these straps with buckles stick out perpendicular to the arm and attach to the buckles inside the pauldrons. idk if any of that made sense :)
Hey, I have been considering buying your patterns on Etsy although I am wondering if I will be able to create the albedo cosplay for my size since I am 180cm tall
Hey! it’s possible but it would take some adjustments on the pattern. The legs are basically fancy tubes so you can lengthen them and widen them as needed. I advise people to put together the paper pattern first as if it were foam. Then wear it around your body, and you can add or cut pieces in real world space to get the best fit. Then once you’re satisfied, take it apart to flatten it, then transfer to foam. It’s tedious work but it saves time and materials in the long run.
This is awesome! I have a 3d print of her I'm needing to paint, and this is great for getting the colors right
