Ive been absolutely loving these ships, Schlieffen is my baby. I love glass cannon playstyles and these ships fit that perfectly. Literally just an hour ago I had my best randoms game ever in it with 242k damage, 112k from secondaries, got kraken, confederate, high caliber, first blood, and the obligatory CQE. When played to their strengths, these ships are monsters, they feel so good to play and are so rewarding when played well. Hell, I only have a 20 point commander on schlieffen atm, rocking with 14km conceal kek, and Ive been able to pull off 5 games where Ive done over 200k damage. Thats also without lujtens kek. In ranked ive also had a game where I did 263k lol. These are easily my favorite ships in the game, rupprecht and schlieffen especially, truly great ships. Hard to play, but are very rewarding when played correctly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a glass cannon playstyle and loves to brawl. German Science is the finest in the world!
Ironically, having a GK from the old line being your ‘tank’ while pushing in as a Schlieffen is pretty effective. Good to see the old and new working in tandem.
Always this German Battlecruisers with a Secondary Build with IFHE (with using a Günther Lutgens) plus additional charges of "Fast Damage Control Team" and "Repair Party" My Recommended Build: (Because of this German Battlecruiser has a Low HP and gonna conserve Hit Points as status) Slot 1: Main Battery Mod. 1 or Auxilliary Armanents Mod. 1 Slot 2: Damage Control Mod. 1 Slot 3: Secondary Battery Mod. 1 Slot 4: Damage Control Mod. 2 Slot 5: Concealment System Mod. 1 Slot 6: Main Battery Mod. 2 or Auxilliary Mod. 2 Tips and Tricks: Going to a reduce concealment range in order to get enough Secondary Battery Range (12.6 km maximum) to lure the enemy ships
this ship is to good and good , i cant take it out for 2 min and you get focused out, everyone kills you intstantly. so id say wait a few month to play this cuz its unplayable in my openion
if you're getting focused and killed instantly to the point of being unplayable, you need to fix your own gameplay. never had an issue, and if you look around, neither has anyone else who knows how to play them.
I think this is the best instructional video on how to Schlieffen, I am a BB player so there is a serious learning curve playing this line, thank you.

Guns are terrible, Armour is not trustworthy but secondaries and torps are pretty solid. Don't rely on the main battery for anything even within 12km.
