2lvl of warlock + as max as possible of rogue, greater invisibility + pass without trace makes sense. Just destroy everything super fast. Sneak attah applied to every blast's ray because this is a realtime mode and you have unlimited actions (also sneak attach have limit by 1 per turn but no turns no limits) so in this video when blast hit the enemy sneak attack was applied - so 3d10 from 3 ray of blast + 15d6 from 3 sneak attacks (5d6 sinse we are not pure rogue) = 1 blast. And since it's realtime mode you can cast it as much as you want.
@@oleggrishechkin5059 more specifically, agonizing blast, potent robe, callous glow, etc. also apply to sneak attack and skullduggery gloves individually. So you have 3 total sources per blast: Eldritch Blast itself, Sneak Attack, and Skullduggery Gloves. Sneak attack is allowed to proc on every beam ONLY outside of turn-based modes, which means this can normally be done ONCE before entering combat (turn-based mode). Greater Invis serves to prevent that, but it is also important to remain out of turn-based mode for maximum damage. The formula is precisely: Total Dice (no flat damage): d10 (base) + 5d6 (sneak attack) + d4 (skullduggery) Flat bonus: (CHA mod)*2 3 * [1 (lightning charge) + DICE + 3*(FLAT) + CRITCHANCE*DICE) ] + 1+1d8 (lightning charge >5 on every cast) With 20 CHA and -2 crit threshold this comes out to an average of 196.23 damage per cast, every cast. You'll find that the average damage changes by massive amounts when adjusting the FLAT damage bonuses -- particularly because they're being multiplied by 9. For example, if I had simply equipped a Callous Glow ring (+2 radiant per hit on illuminated targets) here, my damage per cast would rise to 214.23, or exactly 18 (2*9) more than 196.23. Since I'm a gigantic nerd, here's a calculator I made for damage (also including other items, cantrips, etc. but that needs updating since Draconic 6 feat doesn't apply CHA mod bonus to most of the stuff I thought it would as Agonizing Blast does) anydice.com/program/324e7 Additionally, the invis is further bolstered by Wildheart Barbarian Aspect of Wolf, which adds personal DEX mod to allied stealth in 18m, provided by the hireling. The calculator I wrote for this one is here: anydice.com/program/32291 Honestly, 1d6 + feat isnt much, you can also slap on 2 sorc for distant spell for QoL or something. What matters is that the sneak attack is there to let flat damage riders tack on. Cheers!
I have a workaround how to run realtime without invisibility spell. You should use any fog/shadows spell. Cast it, move inside and kill your enemies. When a fight was started, just hide at the edge of fog/shadows (this is important, you must hide at the edge of fog area). Then enemy will try to find you and after fight will be ended and you can kill enemies realtime from fog cloud. If a fight was started again just repeat. You can use invisibility, but it cost an action and spell slot, when you can hide as bonus action as a rogue. Also you can use one-handed crossbows too with ranger multiclass, just for role play.
@@oleggrishechkin5059this works for regular darkness in lieu of greater invisibility, ginvis simply lets you move around at the cost of increasingly high stealth checks
@@hardcaml Do you use one-handed crossbow with red damage (same as blast) from act2? (i don't know how it's name because I use non english version of the game, but should be something like "never miss"). Main hand damage applied to sneak attack even you use a spell of cantrip
idk about the gnomes (i think ive read that they do end up dying? but not sure) but in the video at 1:33 u can see ravengard got turned into mush too lmao
I really appreciate renaming Brinna Brightsong to what you did lol
