I would actually say only using Rising Dawn and Rapid Refresh would be a very powerful combo on Gryphon. He has quick revive, and three separate healing feats. Being able to run in, revive someone to 75% health, then instantly heal them on top of getting your feats back faster sounds super potent to me.

Seeing this just kind of makes me miss the old armor skill perks. They were more unique and allowed for some cool build options but of course, instead of balancing it Ubisoft chose to take a different easy route.
Heroes like Valkyrie, nobushi, gryphon, and a few other hybrids can get a radiant rebound and feline agility combo to become the fastest characters in the game making for really good rotation positions.
One critique I have is that you didn't mention that last stand works for sheilds as long as your health is low enough. For example, Yorm can be much stronger with last stand since they can easilly do the revenge sheild bug. I can see why bulk up can be better but Yorm is very tanky with last stand. Very good vid, keep it up.
I like using Early Reaper and crush them on assassins with projectile feats, 65 damage trident for Gladiator and 30+ damage crossbow for PK. Preferably both of them because you could utilize the perk more frequently
I think with Jorm taking Last stand over bulk up is better because his second feat grants shields on hamar slam. What is amazing about this is that shields do not count as normal health and if your red health is at critical then you will receive 40% damage reduction during revenge and on any shields you aquire while at critical HP.
For Jorm i think Aegis with Vengeful Barrier is so much better because it increases the vengeful barrier sheild and also her shiled that she gain from the hammerslam
Of I am not mistaken, the slam hield is 25HP base and 31HP with aegis. It's probably not worth the perk slot to gain 6 shields on a slam. That's half a light. Run bastion and vengeful barrier it's a no brainer. The third perk is bulk up because at half capacity of 2 heroes you still get 8HP; which is more than the aegis slam will give you and there's no shield timer and you can heal that HP normally. So aegis is never worth it in my opinion, especially on VB + bastion heroes. Pre-nerf I would say aegis isn't a waste but and alternative for jorm. In the game's current form though it's just a downgrade.
@@SkyNinja759 Its more than that though, its also going to add up to 24 HP to your revenge shield as well. Factor all the shield spamming with damage reduction and the Aegis bonus can really add up. Not to mention game modes with shield power ups like tribute, elimination, and breach
They should do a rebalancing of perks. What if they combine radiant rebound (20% movement on spawn/revive) with 10% movement on hero kill. This way its a more general movement speed buff that isn't reliant on either dying or killing specifically. I'm sure they could come up with better ideas, though at the same time it is a risk of throwing things out of whack when they're just getting better.
For gryphon, i think Feline agility is much better than supersonic. Because he can be faster to get to teammates and help them or even cap unheld zones. And it also stays the hole match
I feel like u lowkey sleeping on Radiant Rebound. the increased movement speed after spawning (includes the start of the match) can really help u get back into the fight quicker or rotate to a healing zone after a revive. it's especially useful at the start of the game when playing nobu or another character trying to get the the lane first also i hella mess wit supersonic on shaman. getting revenge is basically a get out of jail free card with her running speed+ the bonus from the perk. though i wouldnt recommend it on the valk or nobushi like u said in the video. radiant rebound seems more viable to me
With the hybrids who have Radiant Rebound, it does get shadowed by fast running assassin's on the opponent team anyways. Feline agility may lack in the beginning, but it helps with rotating in the later half of a game. Little tip for you: use Radiant Rebound with Clever tactics if you plan to capture zones faster from spawn/starting.

Shugoki is pretty similar but when paired with bastion, last stand, his third (hard to kill) and second feat juggernaut. It gives him a lot of damage reduction and armor on his attacks. It’s kind of broken for dom in team fights on a point
That feat is kinda garbage like it's a third feat that has to be activated by executing an opponent plus less dmg reduction or is it for every execution 5%?

I personally like to run Bastion/Vengeful barrier/last stand because I don't have to worry about renown gain as opposed to bulk up which takes a bit to get to full strength
for conqueror how does remedy, vengeful barrier and bastion sound? I am trying to use conq specifically for anti ganks on a point so i am trying to squeeze in some healing into the mix to improve my survivability.
On gryphon I prefer remedy, feline and rising dawn. I prefer this because I will use speed res as my first feat which allows me to res instantly and use my Tier 2 granting my teammate Almost full health immediately. The reason I like feline Is for fast rotations and So I can help my teammates as quick as possible. After all, Gryphon is a support hero

In my opinion, rapid refresh is better than rising dawn for Valk and Gryphon. Since that perk decreases feat cool-downs vía kills, assists or revives, Valk and Gryphon can make the most use out of it since they have great active feats. With Valk, I can get at least 3-4 fury flasks per game thanks to that perk. She also has juggernaut or bear trap, the former being better. While her feat 1 selection doesn’t see any benefit cause Bounty Hunter is a passive and better than Rush or deadly. With Gryphon, I can give out constant heals throughout the game because all his healing feats have [relatively] short cooldown.
I'm watching a lot of high level players and getting executions seems to be rare in those matches. Head Hunter I think is good when you're expecting to have long drawn out fights with little chances to heal like Breach or Elim/Tribute.
alright I like your list but, the characters with vengeful barrier and aegis is a very nice built for the anti ganker's and crush then on ganking assassin's are quite nice. for most of the cast though I agree. for the jorm player I recommend the vengeful barrier and aegis combo.

Depends on your playstyle in dominion. If you're one to boost zones and cap 1v1's then it won't be as effective waiting for the same persistent person to get hit by your swing. However, if you are one to anti gank often and anti gank successfully, CT works like a single hit that's boosted by the bloodlust feat. It only goes off on the first attack after downing an opponent so keep that in mind.

You might have Endurance with that set, but you can't have a third perk when your main two perks are epic level or higher. The only 'three perk' sets that can work are: -one perk that is epic or higher, the rare perk and then one common. -one perk epic or higher, with two commons. -the rare perk, with two commons. -all three commons, which can be done from rep 5 upwards of you're lucky enough. Did that with centurion at rep 6. Gear level 133 and three common perks.

That perk decreases all feats with cooldown. So it’s way better than riding dawn in my opinion. However, Tiandi’s 4th perk automatically refreshes on heal, and since his third feat does heal on critical health, Tiandi does not need rapid refresh.

Mr barak i must disagree with rapid refresh being only slightly better than rising dawn on gryphon getting 5% off cooldowns on each kill/assist and revives is immensely powerful on a character like gryphon imo rapid refresh is so powerful on gryphon that it might be just as good as vengeful barrier in breach its a tough choice for sure

Imo betwin bulk up and last stand , last stand is the best one, because if you are around 25, people will try to finish you Quick, doing more mistakes in their offense, and if you are high on revenge, they might give it to you thinking they will kill you, a lot of time people gave me revenge with a light that I survived with last stand, but bulk up might give you more HP combined to bastion, Id still chose last stand tho
I like to combine early reaper with crush them with my zerk. I spent more then half of the game with 30% more damage on my first hit wich is most of the time a heavy guaranted by my mates.
I feel like the characters who don't have health increasing feats don't really have other good options, I personally choose permanently lasting feats like head hunter bulk up, feline agility, etc.
For Jorm, to me, aegis is a perk that you can choose over bastion or bulkup because when it is combined to his 2nd feat, you get a lot of shields, imagine you get revenge and hammer slam someone, you get 25hp + 50hp +20% of the shields, so its really good

Why remedy over bastion for Shugo? Wouldn’t it better for him to have dmg reduction rather than have some health after killing someone considering how bad of character he can be? Just curious
What annoyed me about this video is how you didn't take feats or the characters abilities into account. Like characters who have fast revive might be better picking up rising dawn. BP because of his healing ward feat might pick up last stand. Jorm would be better using last stand because of hamar slam shield. I would also go for fresh focus because of bashes drain stamina and being caught out of stam means you can't attack
Honestly with jorm i think aegis, vengful and bastion are the best. Aegis and vengful are a must because of how often she gets shields, but really you can use whatever you want other than those two, personally i love bastion though. I can just camp a zone and be immovable
He uses the camera dot in the center of the unlock screen to aim his throws. It's very accurate compared to guessing (potentially missing) where the environment kill is when it's off-camera. It takes practice and high sensitivity.
Question, why not use fresh focus and survival instinct on someone like kensei? Endurance says you can get max 12% stamina reduction and head hunter gives at most 16 health which is nothing
Personally i run the same build as my warden on kensei. Devourer (kensei has some quick executions) endurance, and fresh focus. Survival instinct isn't very helpful in dominion without teammates. You're putting yourself at serious risk to take advantage of it with no shields. Only shields to get are from a revive (no critical health) or a teammate gives you one. That's not very consistent. May be better suited to breach because of buffs around the map. Of course, it could be helpful to avoid running out of stamina in 1v1s, but when being ganked it's going to be less helpful. Fresh focus is anti gank potion. Endurance can be run with survival instinct and fresh focus, which is a very good combination, particularly with survival and endurance. You'll be hard pressed to run out of stamina, during these times, but this is only useful in 1v1s, and maybe ganks unless in breach with a shield. Then it could be useful in anti ganks.
For the heavy perks I've learned that Bastion and Last Stand do not stack, meaning that Last Stand would be useless when you are fighting on point and already have Bastion. So it depends more on your play style. If you fight more on points than I would use Bastion and Bulk Up. But if you rather fight on mid lane then I would recommend ditching the Bastion for something else, maybe Remedy. Ofc you can also run both Bastion and Last Stand to get the damage reduction in- and outside of points but it's a wasted perk spot imo.
I don't know. All of those perks are bad. Anyway supersonic is almost a free ticket to avoid ganks, so it has its benefits. I also prefer using feline or radiant rebound, but I can see why people would choose supersonic.

If you're in doubt after this video, the most common perk combos that work best when you have them available to your hero are: -Devourer/Aegis (for Vanguard/Zhanhu only), Endurance & Head Hunter for an assassin/hybrid/vanguard (Head Hunter/Fresh Focus if you're a Vanguard/Zhanhu. For Shaman, Shaolin or Shinobi, replace Devourer with Remedy.) -Last Stand/Bulk up, Vengeful Barrier & Bastion/Remedy for a heavy (Last stand/Bulk up/Fresh Focus if you're a Highlander but you'll be stuck to Bastion/Aegis rather than Remedy/Bastion.) -Remedy, Supersonic/Feline Agility/Radiant Rebound & Rapid Refresh/Rising Dawn for hybrids/Tiandi. Wish Ubisoft reworked some of the garbage perks in this game to be as good as the best perk sets, or at least close enough to be picked and viable. Otherwise we have a good setup of perk sets for every single hero.

Because usually the shield icon will be above your health bar when bastion is active when you're on a point but I've never noticed it when I'm in mid.

I have so many questions... Are you gonna do feats in a separate video? I'm asking because of endurance on raider. Should i run the body count thing or the one that decreases stamina costs as tier 1? Because the latter makes endurance useless (kind of cancels it/they don't stack), which would then again suggest a change of perks. Also, what's up with supersonic speed? Why is that any good? You suggested it for alnost every hero that has it. Is it for running away from a fight when you activate revenge? I honestly thought it was one the worst feats for hybrids. What do you think about aegis for Jorm? If i were to choose between radiant rebound and feline agility, which one is better? Last one: How can you have more than sixty items in the inventory?
a bit late but if you use tireless on raider, fresh focus is excellent. especially since zones attack and pressure are important tools for him. you dont really need body count since his mid clear is so good, he doesnt get hit much by minions. and stamina is taken care of by tireless too

Doesn’t rapid refresh decrease the cooldown also on tiandi’s fourth feat? If so that would be a better choice over rising dawn
That perk decreases all feats with cooldown. So it’s way better than riding dawn in my opinion.

Fresh focus and endurance is really good on warmonger, although I use headhunter for that chonky health with the tier 3 when i feel i want to meme

I use Tough as nails with HH so I can utilize my Apollyon load out that I recently maxed out. Rep 15 WM.
Mr barak i must disagree with rapid refresh being only slightly better than rising dawn on gryphon getting 5% off cooldowns on each kill/assist and revives is immensely powerful on a character like gryphon imo rapid refresh is so powerful on gryphon that it might be just as good as vengeful barrier

Imo betwin bulk up and last stand , last stand is the best one, because if you are around 25, people will try to finish you Quick, doing more mistakes in their offense, and if you are high on revenge, they might give it to you thinking they will kill you, a lot of time people gave me revenge with a light that I survived with last stand, but bulk up might give you more HP combined to bastion, Id still chose last stand tho

It's not a perk on a lot of heros but Clever Tactics is apretty decent perk, especially in Breach.
I like to combine early reaper with crush them with my zerk. I spent more then half of the game with 30% more damage on my first hit wich is most of the time a heavy guaranted by my mates.
Why not ageis, shields up, and vengeful barrier for those that have it??
I feel like the characters who don't have health increasing feats don't really have other good options, I personally choose permanently lasting feats like head hunter bulk up, feline agility, etc.
For Jorm, to me, aegis is a perk that you can choose over bastion or bulkup because when it is combined to his 2nd feat, you get a lot of shields, imagine you get revenge and hammer slam someone, you get 25hp + 50hp +20% of the shields, so its really good

What annoyed me about this video is how you didn't take feats or the characters abilities into account. Like characters who have fast revive might be better picking up rising dawn. BP because of his healing ward feat might pick up last stand. Jorm would be better using last stand because of hamar slam shield. I would also go for fresh focus because of bashes drain stamina and being caught out of stam means you can't attack

Honestly with jorm i think aegis, vengful and bastion are the best. Aegis and vengful are a must because of how often she gets shields, but really you can use whatever you want other than those two, personally i love bastion though. I can just camp a zone and be immovable
might be a dumb question, but why do you unlock when you throw from gb with warlord?
He uses the camera dot in the center of the unlock screen to aim his throws. It's very accurate compared to guessing (potentially missing) where the environment kill is when it's off-camera. It takes practice and high sensitivity.

Question, why not use fresh focus and survival instinct on someone like kensei? Endurance says you can get max 12% stamina reduction and head hunter gives at most 16 health which is nothing
Personally i run the same build as my warden on kensei. Devourer (kensei has some quick executions) endurance, and fresh focus. Survival instinct isn't very helpful in dominion without teammates. You're putting yourself at serious risk to take advantage of it with no shields. Only shields to get are from a revive (no critical health) or a teammate gives you one. That's not very consistent. May be better suited to breach because of buffs around the map. Of course, it could be helpful to avoid running out of stamina in 1v1s, but when being ganked it's going to be less helpful.
Fresh focus is anti gank potion. Endurance can be run with survival instinct and fresh focus, which is a very good combination, particularly with survival and endurance. You'll be hard pressed to run out of stamina, during these times, but this is only useful in 1v1s, and maybe ganks unless in breach with a shield. Then it could be useful in anti ganks.

For the heavy perks I've learned that Bastion and Last Stand do not stack, meaning that Last Stand would be useless when you are fighting on point and already have Bastion. So it depends more on your play style. If you fight more on points than I would use Bastion and Bulk Up. But if you rather fight on mid lane then I would recommend ditching the Bastion for something else, maybe Remedy. Ofc you can also run both Bastion and Last Stand to get the damage reduction in- and outside of points but it's a wasted perk spot imo.

I don't know. All of those perks are bad. Anyway supersonic is almost a free ticket to avoid ganks, so it has its benefits. I also prefer using feline or radiant rebound, but I can see why people would choose supersonic.

Not really. Vengeful Barrier is an absolute necessity for those who have it as it helps lengthen your survival or stall.
If you're in doubt after this video, the most common perk combos that work best when you have them available to your hero are:
-Devourer/Aegis (for Vanguard/Zhanhu only), Endurance & Head Hunter for an assassin/hybrid/vanguard (Head Hunter/Fresh Focus if you're a Vanguard/Zhanhu. For Shaman, Shaolin or Shinobi, replace Devourer with Remedy.)
-Last Stand/Bulk up, Vengeful Barrier & Bastion/Remedy for a heavy (Last stand/Bulk up/Fresh Focus if you're a Highlander but you'll be stuck to Bastion/Aegis rather than Remedy/Bastion.)
-Remedy, Supersonic/Feline Agility/Radiant Rebound & Rapid Refresh/Rising Dawn for hybrids/Tiandi.
Wish Ubisoft reworked some of the garbage perks in this game to be as good as the best perk sets, or at least close enough to be picked and viable. Otherwise we have a good setup of perk sets for every single hero.

Are you gonna do feats in a separate video? I'm asking because of endurance on raider. Should i run the body count thing or the one that decreases stamina costs as tier 1? Because the latter makes endurance useless (kind of cancels it/they don't stack), which would then again suggest a change of perks.
Also, what's up with supersonic speed? Why is that any good? You suggested it for alnost every hero that has it. Is it for running away from a fight when you activate revenge? I honestly thought it was one the worst feats for hybrids.

It's a bug with levelling up I think. I went up five levels on raider one time and it put me on 63/60 gear
a bit late but if you use tireless on raider, fresh focus is excellent. especially since zones attack and pressure are important tools for him. you dont really need body count since his mid clear is so good, he doesnt get hit much by minions. and stamina is taken care of by tireless too
But Head Hunter have only 16 points life..., its only a light strike
