Where did that RED dot come from when you turned off the NV lens after the IR demo and just showed the blue glow coming from the back of the device? It looked to me as though the "IR designator" is just a regular red laser. Am I wrong? Also, are the lights slaved to each other? Did you try adjusting to see if they were in sync?
The lasers aren't slaved. So you'll have to zero them separetly. But the zero seems fine at least at distances up to about 30m. Haven't been able to test on longer distances with a 556.
@@T56996 I have a total of about 500 rounds with the laser on the rifle now. So far the laser has been solid, no issues. THe only bad side so far is that the IR and green laser aren't slaved that well, so they have to be induvidually zeroed according to witch one is used.
Hi! Doesn't seem to be sadly available on this unit. I have disassembled the unit, the microprocessor could be changed or reprogrammed somehow, but I don't have the knowledge for that sadly. This version is better imo then the units that you have to push down for 3secs and after that it will be a constant on. That's just irritating when you don't really know it the unit will stay on or not. I am looking out for units that would support a constant on.
Will we get any outdoor footage?
Whats the difference between this and the sotac ones?

i think the red dot is just to show when its on cause ir laser will blind u so just for safety same as mawl and others
Phone cameras pick up IR light. There's a good chance it was the camera picking up the ir laser, invisible to the human eye
Does it hold zero on 5.56? I know it’s a clone? Just curious…

@@0dopman any updated testing?
@taylor7456 @0dopman i second this. Any update? On if it still holds zero?

Have you figured out momentary activation?

@@0dopman I ended up returning mine. The lack of momentary activation was annoying-but the vid and IR lasers not being coaligned was a deal breaker
Thank you.
Is this fullpower?
sadly no
