Also, Remilia was actually worried when Alice decided to go at her at full power, which says a lot. Considering that Yukari is among the oldest and strongest Youkai and proud of it, it isn't likely that she would downplay her abilities, especially in front of her friends, Reimu and Yuyuko.

Yukari herself disagrees with you. Yukari explitely said that Shikieiki is stronger then Yuyuko, Reimu and Yukari herself *all together*. And even Shikieiki aside, it isn't clear how Yukari compares with Gensokyo's other power players, such as Reimu, Sanae, Yuyuko, Alice and others.
