Very cool video. For the speakers though I would go with the Tannoy Gold series. And would work on the acoustic threatment more. Because it looks like you have 5cm thick pannels. Panels that thin will only absorb 1.7kHz and up, so no base treatment at all. You could at least leave air space behind the panels equivalent to their thickness to double their effectiveness to 860Hz.
yes, the Gold 5s would be excellent budget-friendly candidates. The fact the Eris Pro 5s have mounting points for the tops is a great selling point tho.

Wall mounting for the height speakers isnt an option? That definitely feels risky! But Congrats, learnt a lot from this video :-) Cheers!
They're best mounted to the ceiling. but many rooms don't have the height to accommodate that.
