Misdreavus is a legend surviving a shadow ball with 37 hp and lands a thunder wave on mega alakazam so that mega gengar outspeeds and finish mega alakazam with mega gengar's shadow ball. I thought that mega gengar will win because ghost is super effective against psychic but all off the psychic pokemon outspeeds and also know shadow ball. But Misdreavus is the MVP off taking mega alakazam shadow ball which was a clutch.

Tbh the best play would have been to switch the misdreavus to mega gengar and then assuming that shadow ball koes hypno, mega gengar would have won against mega alakazam due to the absence of dynamic speed
