I daresay that Lam Cho wouldn't be pleased at all. Sets like Warrior's Palm were to be kept secret. Many if not most of the older practitioners see it as disrespect towards tradition to post such videos on the net.
Anytime you see a diamond shaped patch on the uniform, most likely it's Hung Gar. Expect legs strong as steel, and forearms like granite. These guys are fucking hard ass dudes. I studied in a hung-gar school in the 90's. I was in killer shape. Good demo here, nice and fluid while expressing good internal strength this style of kung fu is known for.
