Hey I can’t find any videos on your profile that help me I know everyone is asking questions but I fallowed everything you did and it all worked until I get in game and move my mouse..the mouse is vary jumpy and not smooth at all and when I move my mouse it swaps my weapons?? I don’t have it mapped that way..I’m really struggling with this I’ve done a bunch of research nothing I can find helps me…if you could reach out I would appreciate it thank you
@@Arez1504 kindve. What worked for me was restarting my PC twice. I also made sure everything possible was updated and I also made sure I was using the right cords. I swapped out all the cords and I used multiple different USB ports. Eventually it worked. Just keep using trial and error until something works. Out of all of these I couldnt tell you what was the one that actually worked though. Hope this helps man.

I read the entire manual on your website and remembered I had a PS4 Pro and I needed to hook it up in the back of it, instead of the front. As well as configure some settings on my console! Thank you!! Loving my zen!

What the hell have you Cronus Developers Done !? I was forced to update ZEN STUDIO + CRONUSZEN, now I can no longer drag and drop GPC files on my PC , to the CRONUSZEN……… IT WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE YOUR UPDATE……. fix this immediately
Well the Zen's new update basically says that you will lose every gamepack but that's fine since your getting new gamepacks. Also if you can't drag it we'll it's probably three things: Internet, Zen Studio error and of course the Zen. Check it out, if the problem remains them probably you need a hard reset on the Zen or erase the Zen Studio and redownload it.
What am I doing wrong this thing seems like junk it's just constantly disconnecting my controller if they'll even connect in the first place keeps giving me error

I had already been playing with my Zen, took it on vacation for friends xbox. Never worked. And now it wont connect to my controller. I dont know how to fix it
You skipped over the part about if the green lights dont come on and the controllers not registering inputs in the device monitor. My xbox controller works in game on the xbox while plugged into the zen but nothing about the zen works cause it dont register any input from the controller even tho the controller is working in game through the zen. Zen studio shows the game pad and xbox icons and the controller shows up in device manager but no inputs happen when any buttons are pressed.
@@jongavin6475 No. I just bought a used one local for dirt cheap and sent the non working one back were it came from. Literally ZERO dev support and the forums are dead and Zero support from them either.
Zen randomly stopped working today I reset it completely and downloaded new scripts and plug my controller into the zen and i cannot switch to stuff on the zen but I can play in game my zen does not detect my controller is plugged into it yet still lets me play

Everytime I try it says device not found, I’ve tried connecting each usb cable it came with , I plugged the micro & mini usb together , I hard reset the cronus , I even grabbed a mini usb cord I had my own and still no luck. I see in the comments people have been having problems & nobody is addressing why. Is it because my zen is defected or is the batch defected ? For $100+ you’d expect everything to be working & not have “faulty” cables. I bought 2 more usb cords off Amazon to see if they work but this is very frustrating.

Hey guys! I had been having no issues for the longest time but now have the stack overflow/3002 error. I have done all troubleshooting, multiple hard resets, erase all packs/slots and reload, downgrading/upgrading firmware. Nothing has worked and still same error

Hey bud, thanks for this video, I just got the cronus zen yesterday, and today I been watching some other videos and yours to set it up, I am a bit tech guy not a lot just basics, so anyways it was easy to follow instructions along the way to set it up and, I am using the COD warzone 2.0 scrip in the cronus and I got my controller been on green and red as some of the instructions says for primary and secondary, over all it doesn't seems to be doing anything. If you have any sugestions on how can I test it, what instructions I am missing or which scrip should I use I will appreciate it. I am using it in a ps4 pro.
Mine is having the same problem... it really not a stable device... I think some of the scripts I downloaded corrupted it. Once it is corrupted, you have to buy a new zen... tbh, it's not worth it

Dude, when you do the firmware update downgraded to the very first update once that’s done upgrade it to the newest one and you’re good to go just don’t add more than one game pack right now
When controller is connected to A1 I can play game without being able to access the mod menus on the Cronus, when my controller is in either A2 or A3 I can access the mods but the controller doesn’t register to my Xbox… pls help… what would you recommend trying?

A lot of issues are from people who are not very technically skilled. I've programmed my own scripts and I assure you it does work. It's not a plug and play device.
I have an error code E3001 that won’t go away. I have tried all of the techniques within this video and whatever else that I could find on the internet, with unsuccessful results. Currently I cannot hard reset the zen. It just doesn’t work. Any other solution for this? I can get it into boot loader mode, but that is it. It does not download any update firmware and runs into an unexpected error when I attempt to update it.

Connected Cronus zen with multiple scripts. Says it’s on and working fine but doesn’t work when I take out my batteries even though it’s wired. No changes in-game though.
So it did fix it but right after it was done and it looked like it was working i would plug it in to my xbox but my controller wouldn't let me switch through the ops or do anything but when i would plug the zen into my pc it would work perfectly fine without a problem still cant find the solution been looking for about 3 hours now
When I use the zen on Xbox none of my buttons work besides the joysticks and triggers. I tried other usb a cords but they don’t connect to the controller and the one that came with it is the only one that connects, but when it’s connected no buttons work.

I bought this thing.. and I need help... iv updated the zen firmware properly... I open. ZEN STUDIO AND PLUG IT IN ON THE SIDE. WITH AND WITHOUT. THE CABLE IN THE BACK.. Ik a lot prolly dont want to hear this but for me it was my cable. I got the same device not found when trying to update firmware. Try diff chords them restart the firmware update process
Why can I not use my ps4 controller when it's plugged up to the zen it only works to navigate through menus on the zen but I can't use the controller to use the scripts in game. The controller is completely unresponsive when I try to use it for any games

I just set it up today . In my opinion you need the hori or a bport and a wireless headset to not run into any issues . Because I’m using a ps4 controller and the headphones don’t work and when they do it’s a loud noise in chat .
If you’re on PC and your zen won’t work, the only way it worked for me was to remove my CPU and reinstall it. Also had to ripe off the prongs on the CPU with rubbing alcohol before reinstalling it

I dont quite know the term but if you backwards update (use earlier firmware) it should work that's what I've just done and the problems it did have we sorted

Update so I used a different laptop and worked perfect but had to keep the laptop I used didn’t just update and throw it on mine I think the usb wasn’t strong enough heats you can also buy a usbhub like one with multiple ports on it comes with stronger APMS
When testing my zen and wireless controller was working on my Xbox s but not my headset sound. I restarted my zen now my controller won't work with my xbox but with the zen. Wth! Why won't it work again?
So I'm on pc and use a elite controller 2. I usually connect it up to the pc with a wireless adapter. I've tried literally every video on how to connect my controller to the zen but nothing works apart from when I put my wireless adapter from my pad into the USB port in the zen but then when going on games it doesn't recognise a pad even though its working on zen but if I'm not connected to zen and put the wireless adapter into my pc my pad works fine but then it doesn't connect to zen
Everything works, but it can never read that the device is connected. Is this the main issue? If so, why don't y'all test it and certify that the device is good?

Hey Max , I love cronus been using it for years now , I really need you guys to look why whenver there's a main loop running input lag happens ... if zen connected itself I can't feel that delay and it is very smooth and responsive ,, but whenever I start to use any script or basically just having a main loop running , I really start to feel that input lag ... I hope you have a solution for that .
When I have both USB ports plugged into my computer and my zen updated and programmed, it does not let me register my zen in zen studios when I click *REGISTER HERE* and no guides I’ve looked up had this issue or mentioned any possible issue while registering your zen.

The only way I got mine to work was removing my CPU and reinstalling it.

The only way to fix this issues is to not use the Zen.

When I use the zen on Xbox none of my buttons work besides the joysticks and triggers. I tried other usb a cords but they don’t connect to the controller and the one that came with it is the only one that connects, but when it’s connected no buttons work.

Paid 100 for this thing and spent literal weeks trying to get it to work, and it doesn't. Can't get it to connect to the controller or the Xbox. So FUCKING irritating

We have a zen that says stack over flow even after a hard reset and firmware update
Mine worked fine till 2 months ago, i did absolutely everything and reset it 100 times, downgrade upgrade everything and my paddles are not working.... Zen doesn't recognise my paddles and the paddle function from the zen itself.... Any solutions?
I bought this thing.. and I need help... iv updated the zen firmware properly... I open. ZEN STUDIO AND PLUG IT IN ON THE SIDE. WITH AND WITHOUT. THE CABLE IN THE BACK.. YET zen studios does not detect my. Device. My laptop makes the sound when I plug in the all USB... so my laptop I clearly seeing and recognizing the zen. Iv tried different USB on the. Zen and yes the studio dosent recognize it.. this thing is a paperweight right now. Please help me

I've searching fourms for a solution and even tho some people have been getting the same problem as me... they haven't gotten replies so I didn't bother to try there.... and even worse.. I need to register to get into the discord and I can't get my serial because the studio dosent. Detect..... soo omg why did I buy this..........

Ik a lot prolly dont want to hear this but for me it was my cable. I got the same device not found when trying to update firmware. Try diff chords them restart the firmware update process
Why can I not use my ps4 controller when it's plugged up to the zen it only works to navigate through menus on the zen but I can't use the controller to use the scripts in game. The controller is completely unresponsive when I try to use it for any games

Is there a video for why my controller becomes unresponsive? I’m on next gen with ps5 controller. Even if I use ps4 controller it still does the same thing after about 5 minutes it just becomes unresponsive and I have to disconnect the controller and reconnect it

I just set it up today . In my opinion you need the hori or a bport and a wireless headset to not run into any issues . Because I’m using a ps4 controller and the headphones don’t work and when they do it’s a loud noise in chat .
I did a hard restart and still the USB doesn't recognize and all the other usb that I'm plugging in that USB port does recognize
If you’re on PC and your zen won’t work, the only way it worked for me was to remove my CPU and reinstall it. Also had to ripe off the prongs on the CPU with rubbing alcohol before reinstalling it
My mic sounds terrible when using the zen but when I take it off it sounds perfectly fine?

I dont quite know the term but if you backwards update (use earlier firmware) it should work that's what I've just done and the problems it did have we sorted

Update so I used a different laptop and worked perfect but had to keep the laptop I used didn’t just update and throw it on mine I think the usb wasn’t strong enough heats you can also buy a usbhub like one with multiple ports on it comes with stronger APMS
When testing my zen and wireless controller was working on my Xbox s but not my headset sound. I restarted my zen now my controller won't work with my xbox but with the zen. Wth! Why won't it work again?
So I'm on pc and use a elite controller 2. I usually connect it up to the pc with a wireless adapter. I've tried literally every video on how to connect my controller to the zen but nothing works apart from when I put my wireless adapter from my pad into the USB port in the zen but then when going on games it doesn't recognise a pad even though its working on zen but if I'm not connected to zen and put the wireless adapter into my pc my pad works fine but then it doesn't connect to zen

Idk but the new 6 version update just doesn’t let me use my rapid fire scripts . The update messed up everything.
Everything works, but it can never read that the device is connected. Is this the main issue? If so, why don't y'all test it and certify that the device is good?

Can you tell me how to fix the 30002 fix or whatever it is? I’ve hardware reset, factory reset and everything and still shows the error, it also does it when my controller starts randomly disconnecting
I have had to do this 7 times in the 2 days I have owned it. There are videos of people correcting this exact issue. Good luck.
You have to uninstall the software on your Cronus to lower lvl then update it back to the current software again
So is anybody having an isssue where you open the programmer it starts loading than it kicks you out back to the library and the programmer goes black and you can’t click it anymore? I been trying to download game packs and I can’t

Hey Max , I love cronus been using it for years now , I really need you guys to look why whenver there's a main loop running input lag happens ... if zen connected itself I can't feel that delay and it is very smooth and responsive ,, but whenever I start to use any script or basically just having a main loop running , I really start to feel that input lag ... I hope you have a solution for that .

When I have both USB ports plugged into my computer and my zen updated and programmed, it does not let me register my zen in zen studios when I click *REGISTER HERE* and no guides I’ve looked up had this issue or mentioned any possible issue while registering your zen.
