People continue to hate on him, but he is one of the best to ever do it. Huge catalog, so many different flows and he has ended so many careers of people who came for him.
Who on earth hates on him? Everyone who lived through his prime and experienced his cultural impact, plus all his peers, rate him as up there with the GOAT squad without question. I literally have never met a human being in my life who says they don't like Eminem.

They say "no one listens to Eminem" or "his music has not aged well", but last year, he was the most streamed artist even though he did not put out an album and a 20 year old song climbed into the top-100 on Billboard. Like I said, they are green with envy.

@@johngreen6521 you only hate him because he is white. Over the past year, I have followed many reaction channels, most of them are young black men and women, and they all say the same thing. They all call him the GOAT. It has nothing to do with race, it has to do with skills. His music is relatable to everyone. Like 2Pac, Eminem has the ability to make you laugh, cry, think and be motivated. There are no other rappers that can take fans on that kind of journey. That is why he was the most streamed artist last year and on pace for higher numbers this year without releasing any new music.
Everybody thinks Em is just a fast rapper & thats it. Hes got such a deep catalog but everyone pigeon-holes him into being a fast rapper. Great reaction!

Uncensored Eminem is the best version every time! lol. Picketing parents ....the VP's wife trying to get him cancelled...people calling him culture vulture..! He was getting it from all sides! Eminem has worked his ass off for everything.... for sure!
I grew up listening to things like Eminem, Korn and Tool. That's what my mom used to listen to. I also grew up with Metallica and many other rock and metal bands.

Eminem truly was the dave chappelle or bill burr of music. Relentless in their belief of using the first amendment however they want. It is why they are all respectively charted at the top of their classes. Eminem goes #1 with no promotions when he drops for a reason. Dave chappelle was able to go after TWO entire networks for a reason and win. There's a reason people are so dedicated to them.

That`s not true. MTV don`t broadcasted his videos, parent groups and poltics try to „safe our children" and even the congress went against him. That`s why he make songs like this.
The "It feels so empty without me" was specifically because he did actually get banned from MTV, and they later lifted the ban because he really did bring in a lot more views. So he wasn't wrong.

Eminem is incredible and undoubtably talented but, as with most artists, don't think for a second that they are completely alone in making their career. It's about connections, collaborations, and also lucky coincidences. There are many talented people around artists that make magic happen. No one hardly ever see or know their names them but they are there. Just wanted to point this out.

I've been an em fan since day one, not as bad as Stan but I remember when that dropped and yes you are absolutely right EVERYONE was trying to cancel him. It wasn't until he preformed "Stan" with Elton John at the Grammys that people kinda stopped. Before that he had the entil LGBTQ people against him protesting with signs and everything. Singing with Elton and hugging him on stage was the smartest carrer movie he ever did right after Dre of course.
It's a very old song and it was released before the songs "Mockingbird" and "Lose Yourself" and other songs.

You bring up a great point or what you said made me think of something. Back then the FCC and other government entities ) lawyers, governors, etc) used to censor and shut artists down, and now cancel culture does it. In free market the buyers should let their dollars decide but cancel culture is different. its the people doing what the government did ( or maybe a small group of people).

I heard of them, just never listened to their actual music until college maybe. Actually by the time I entered college I had probably only been to the actual movie theatre less than 20 times.
