That Dionysus art is a jump scare for me 😂 Interesting way to incorporate him into this setting. Like OF COURSE Dionysus would be doing his Dionysus thing during time of war

@@Retromation Sorry, in retrospect I see how that's confusing. I typed that comment when you picked the attack speed hammer 4 minutes after getting epic attack, cast and special speed from Hermes 😅I was sure you'd go for the more damage and reach hammer instead.
Reto I can confirm through extensive testing that Polyphemus' grab is not parryable but the waves are as long as you have the guard up before they reach you. It's a matter of timing
Also of note, if you run out of magick when charging the shield disappears as well

Dionysus didn't participate in the Trojan War, either; but it was more that Poets and Homer omitted him (Dionysus didn't jive with Ancient Greek governments until Alexander the Great...)...

one of the best mods for the coat is one that makes it so your special goes off whenever you attack at a 25% chance
, its pretty broken if you have posiedon on special and attack speed

The reason why Prometheus doesn't tell you how much HP you have is because the game has a character limit.

He makes the Prometheus fight look easy. I don't get it. He had so many "Resisted" and "Missed" in there. Seems like the 2 resists when you sprint is bugged? It's not suppose to happen every time you sprint, right? That seems broken. I think it's only one time per encounter, so he would get two resists in the encounter with it but he has at least 6 resists, maybe more. I can't just sprint and dash around and avoid him like Retro does in the fight. He just sticks to me like glue. Too much fire everywhere and he does something where you can't move and then wails on you. Constant moves, one after another after another with no stopping except when he does that move where he locks on you and aims for a long time. He was finally starting to get difficult right before he died. I do have everything fully upgraded too. Without Godmode (80% damage reduction) I can't even come close to beating him and even then sometimes I still lose.
Important to note that I also have the meta-perk that gives you a few resists the first time you get hit in every boss fight as well
@Retromation thanks for explaining Retro. Love your content. Long time watcher. Keep up the amazing work. I am just frustrated with this boss lol. I can get to him pretty easy but I'm just not as good as you despite the fact I've played a whole lot. You make the games you play look easy.

Was this supposed to be some kind of secret endgame weapon? I only ask cause a missile shooting jetpack doesn’t really fit thematically with Ancient Greek mythology.
Not secret nor endgame weap
The previous game had a literal gun, which is now wielded by Eris. The weapons are forged by the gods and will be wielded for time everlasting by heroes across the ages - if anything it's surprising the gods haven't made MORE guns.

hades 1 has a gun/missile launcher...
