About the statement saying that French composers Morgan & Rossi's El Bimbo is a Ahmad Zahir's original music plagiarism: (1) "There is very little, if any, credible evidence that Ahmad Zahir, and not Claude Morgan, wrote El Bimbo. I believe the confusion stems from the fact that Zahir's cover of El Bimbo called Tanha Shodam Tanha was included in his album called Lylee and 2)some Web sites list date Lylee with a 1971 release date. That is almost certainly a typo or a poorly transcribed text from a printed album sleeve or another original sources: 1971 vs 1977. " (Wikipedia) (2) Some argue that "El Bimbo style is not kind of French music" --->>> it is absolutely obvious these people don't have a clue about what they're talking about. French composers are able to compose in any style of western music, any... which in turn is not the case of oriental composers. (3) By the way, El Bimbo is a disco-like bossanova, which is a fusion of samba and cool jazz. It's important to remember that jazz itself has roots in Black African musical traditions mixed to elements of European music, including French musical elements. This influence wouldn't be directly tied to cool jazz, but it highlights the complex web of influences that shaped jazz as a whole. French music, not Afghan one !
el bimbo is a clown and children love to see him play and when the circus comes to town they crowd around him every day el bimbo’s never down he never seems to have a care but even though he tries to hide the tears inside, i see them there he kisses everyone, then runs away but i can see how much he wished each kiss was real and love had come, yes, love had come to stay el bimbo stay with me i knew a man who’s just like you who loved me for one lovely day then went away when love was through why run away from love my painted friend for love is all we’ll ever have, we’ll never have the chance to love, the chance to love again el bimbo if you go you’ll just be on your own again and i don’t want a man like you to ever be alone again for once my little clown, oh please don’t run or i’ll remember just a clown who came to town and left a thousand broken hearts and mine was one, yes mine was one la la laa...

من عنده كلمات الأغنية كاملة
The origin is in Finnish language, you will find a German version as well.
el bimbo is a clown
and children love to see him play
and when the circus comes to town
they crowd around him every day
el bimbo’s never down
he never seems to have a care
but even though he tries to hide
the tears inside, i see them there
he kisses everyone, then runs away
but i can see how much he wished each kiss was real
and love had come, yes, love had come to stay
el bimbo stay with me
i knew a man who’s just like you
who loved me for one lovely day
then went away when love was through
why run away from love my painted friend
for love is all we’ll ever have, we’ll never have
the chance to love, the chance to love again
el bimbo if you go
you’ll just be on your own again
and i don’t want a man like you to ever be alone again
for once my little clown, oh please don’t run
or i’ll remember just a clown who came to town
and left a thousand broken hearts
and mine was one, yes mine was one
la la laa...
