First of all : RESPECT ! And what an awesome video !
Stand tall & aware you have given yourself an amazing gift of inner strength. You can do anything
Thankyou, very proud of this one... it was an incredible experience. Recommend if you haven't done it yet!
I did this in June/July 2022. The best walk in Australia, hands down.
Thanks for taking us along Heather. I am planning on doing this in April/May and your video has helped me with what to expect.
What a happy and infectious personality you have…I loved your video…really makes me want to do something like this. You’d be an awesome hike mate. Thank you so much for this.
Xx sharon
How are you doing
Best happy dance ever! What a nice trail and wow, Australia has the shelter game down! Great video and your attitude is everything! 😁
Thankyou!!! It was such an incredible trail! Something I couldn’t capture was just how culturally sacred a lot of the sites felt, which was also why I didn’t film at some of the water holes / camps. Powerful stuff. But I agree - attitude is everything, I was so in love :)
That’s next
Level!
Good 😊
that was such a great overview, thanks 😊 i hope to do it one day soon myself!
I wanna get there now... thanks for the inspiration and happy vibes, much needed
You got this! Well worth the trip :)
I did the trail a few weeks after you...was an amazing hike. Just watching your video I got really emotional...weird, but it's quite an experience. Love your infectious positivity!
Glad you enjoyed it!
It's such an incredible trail, I still miss it often.
Wow !!! want to go there one day ^ ^
You're so cool and inspiring! Thanks for sharing your hike :)
bloody awsome clip girl
You have the best attitude I think I’m in love
You got strong feet ! :) Inspiring! :)
Thank you! 😊
Beautiful! What time of year did you do the trail? Thankyou
Did you have to use their food for the food drops or can you purchase from else where and bring with you. Also can you put anything else in the containers.
You can put anything you like in them! I put my own food in. Just remember to book and collection after of you are leaving things you want back along the way while you are out there (items you haven’t rushed so far etc)
I done that when I was 7. Simpsons gap to serpentine gorge
Hey awesome video, do you chemically treat your water on the trail?
I didn't! Water tanks are all kept full with town water. Always good to carry some though. I use a Sawyer Squeeze as my water filter.
Do you need to be a experienced hiker for this trail? Sick vid btw
I'd say this is actually a fairly beginner friendly hike. The water tanks are always full and the shelters are good. Plus you can be supported making the food carry nice and reasonable. Just get some fitness training and basic map reading/camping skills.
Thank you-heading there in less than 5 weeks. Gives me a good idea. How was pitching the duplex? I hear tent pegs are not that useful….
How exciting! Yeah I often used rocks instead which also works really well :)
