Hi Nadunshi, this is just the vlog I needed to watch today because I'm getting ready for a Kenya-Tanzania tour in November! So, thank you so much. ❤ Just a quick question. How did you manage to take the drone into Kenya? Any special permission you had to take?
Hi There, Thank you so much for the support and I am glad this video helped. The drone regulations are very strict here and you need to have a license from KCAA to operate in Kenya. However, as far as I know, for foreigners it's prohibited to bring drones into Kenya but you can check this with your travel partner and try to get apporval from KCAA prior to your travel. Anyhow, if you are a citizen, resident or has a company registered in Kenya, you can bring in a drone. We did not encounter any problem because of the resident permits. Hope this helps. 😊❤
