Just wanted to say thank you for talking about adhd and autism etc and saying we shouldn’t be ashamed my diagnosis helped me so much, it made me feel not insane aha, and it’s hard to accept it as well when people think of autism they think of non verbal, socially awkward, steryotypes basically and it’s tough but the more people who spread awareness the more it gets destigmatised

Started watching DVG 4 years ago with my nieces since then watched every episode loved watching you all grow, now watching every podcast absolutely love each and everyone of you❤
Normally I can't keep up with weekly podcast episodes and lose interest quite quickly. I then just end up giving up on them. With this one though, I always find time during the week to squeeze it and absolutely LOVE the content. It's such an amazing podcast, well done Sarah and Joel!!

I started watching DVG, during Covid lockdown. Since then I have watched all your RUclips content, from the begining. And now I´m BIG fan of the "After Hour's Podcast". 💖💖 I lost my husband to cancer a few years ago and I just wanted to tell you both, how much your Vlog's has helped me both mentally and emotionally. Seriously by all means, sometimes when I watch you two on your channels it remind me so much of the relationship I had in so many ways, I often laugh out loud because we were so similar to you two as a couple; The same humor, lifevalues, laughtering, and teasing. Last but not least the love and the respect we had for each other. "Sarah´s facial expressions" Well, I got to admit I put on the same expressions, when some kind of issues, may have come up! The "Eye look" especially. Love it 🤣👌🙄 You are one of a kind, wonderful team and strong "power couple"👏👏👏 Great as a team, and as a parents. 😘 Perhaps it might sound weird since I've never met you in person, but you guys are just so genuine and wholesome and it shines through. My post has practically become entire essay! Maybe too long to post it on your wall. But I really wanted to send it to you, and hopefully you will receive it. I know Joel only reads the beginning and the end. So, Sarah you give him a summary of the content😂🤭 I recomend If you haven't seen "The King of Queen's" US TV series, you should watch few episodes together, just an idea.....!💕👌😊

Sarah- I also can’t talk on the phone. The only person I really feel comfortable speaking to on the phone is my mum and sometimes my boyfriend, but everything else stresses me out so much!! I would rather go out of my way to drive to a doctors to talk to someone than have an over the phone appointment, I find it so stressful and have no idea why!!

I cried with you when you teared up talking about Mother's day and Father's day, Sarah 😭🤦🏻♀️🙈 Lost my Mum at 13 to Cancer and it just makes you refocus on those that are important! For me it's my two little girls (My youngest is 3 1/2 and she's disabled, can't talk etc and then my 6 year old little girl too) I probs wont get gifts etc for Mothers Day, and that's ok, as long as i get to cuddle them and feel their love 🥰🥰 love you guys! ❤

My younger brother goes for his ADHD assessment tomorrow he's 16 at the end of the year it's been a long time coming he always got in trouble at school until we got the assessment letter through the difference in how the teachers treat his behaviour now is crazy. Definitely important to talk about glad you are 😊
I get nervous to make phone calls all the time! I’ve found it super hard especially with work. I’m a very anxious and shy person but, it’s nice to know someone so social also struggles with this! ❤

Sarah and Joel- 5 stars. I laugh, constantly watching you two! You are just like me and my other half. We are the same age as you and been together 25 years this year! So I completely get your relationship, banter, etc.😂. (You and your family both know friends of mine) 😊 You both understand special needs so well. It is all about understanding and adapting. Everyone is an individual, so how you deal with one child may not be how you approach things with another. My son is 17 and has adhd. I also think my other has it, too, and I work with children who have additional needs of all kinds. Remember you do what works for you and your family. ❤ Joel- one of the nicest things I've heard someone say. When you said to Sarah about seeing her through your eyes. Melted my heart. You looked emotional when he said that Sarah❤😢 Life is all about making memories where and how you can, for sure! Sending lots of love and a big hug, Sarah xxx
