Amen. Yes, God has various missions. I believe that, that whale that swallowed Jonah was also accomplishing its prophetic mission in its own special way. God uses whatever and whoever is open and available to be used for the purpose of the kingdom and because of his love for the souls and salvation of his people. Yes and the book of Jeremyah rebules both prophets and pastors. Today we are so quick to use the so convenient "touch not my anointed" and forget all the other verses where God warns, rebukes, and provide consequences to them.
The prophetic ministry is a big responsibility. Not everyone is called for that, but we're all called to walk and hear God's plans and promises through His Holy Spirit and His Word. 🤩

Especially loved the ending because we now have God’s word to speak to us and that is absolutely sufficient!! Have you noticed that sadly too many people nowadays who give themselves the name of prophet don’t speak the biblical words of repentance and turning from wicked ways but instead say “peace peace, when there is no peace” (Jeremiah 8:11) their words often don’t agree with scripture yet they have many followers. I pray for discernment!!! 🙏
Yes indeed. We need to read our bible more. So many confusing theologies out there. We cannot remain lazy. Our salvation depends on it. We need to read our bibles.
Funny you said Jeremiah lol I am doing a study on his walk with the Lord, not many wanted to hear what he had to say because he was a weeping Prophet. The roll of a Prophet spring forth BOLDNESS, Spitting 🔥🔥 from. We can all hear from God, just spend time with him, and if he wants you to know, he will tell you. God bless tou sis, Father God can speak to us, but so many rather to hear the "man" instead of God. Relationship with the Father is VERY important. Yes, the more we dwell in the word, the closer we get to God and the better we hear him.
That's right. We don't really need to worry that a prophet is not calling us out or giving us a prophetic word while others get them. Sometimes we want that because we want to feel seen by God, but God wants our faith. I think it would be awesome if I would have a spontaneous prophetic word from a prophet, but I think God wants to see the same excitement in us when we read His word in secret.
Oh yes!!! As exciting as it may be, and a beautiful reminder that God sees us, when wr get a prophetic word...above all, God wants a relationship with us. And he wants to talk to us daily. Thank you for this beautiful contribution. ❤️❤️❤️
