By my observation and a comment of my pastor this is realy common in churches with women one of the main reason many leave church.Especially now that alot of influenceers on social media are telling men to go to churches to look for good woman to marry.
I'm 36. Never been married. Would like this year to be the year. I've spent a lot of time single. But I will continue to focus on God. I will build up myself as well. I have a house and cars, a job. But I still could finish a two year degree. I could work on getting in better shape, making more money, learning more. There is a lot I can do in the meantime.
Although most of the things you mentioned are good, to be a husband you also have to work on your calling as the leader of the house , the priest of the house and the father. Some of these things require you to mentally prepare and spiritually prepare. All the Best in your journey..

I work in a hospital. A man married his wife. She was 76 years old!!! They are married for 10 years, now! Miracles do happen! Keep believing that God will send you your mate the Lord, chose for you! God can do anything!
Amen. I am a single mom in my 30s. I’m emotionally preparing myself to wait as long as it takes. Maybe it will be soon or maybe it will be when my child is an adult and I’ll be in my 50s at that point. I trust in the Lord. He is still working on me. Jesus will always be enough. Why did Mr. "I-Deserve-a-Perfect-Blonde-Supermodel" deign to ask you out years after you were past your prime? He obviously didn't think you were good enough at 18 or 20. It's not as if you're hotter now. And why did you accept his marriage offer since your best years are behind you, both of you are unattractive, and you can't have a family? I see no point to getting married now that I'm sick all the time and can't have kids and my best years are behind me. (My autoimmune illness does make a difference.) Why did your old classmate deign to ask you out in your fifties since he didn't think you were worthwhile at twenty. Still bitter about what happened at twenty and I am fifty now. Before you tell me that makes me poor marriage material I say I don't care anymore. It's too late in life for anything good. My body is old and in horrible pain and all the men my age repulse me. As a 33 years young divorced single mother of one, I agree with this message 100%. Been single 2 years and the first year of that was spent healing. Now I'm a university student and I'm learning a new language and volunteering with the NHS, among other things I'm working toward. In your singleness you can do SO much that you won't have time for in a relationship. Being single with God is better than being in an ungodly relationship.

This is such a painful topic for me. Focus on the Lord. That means surrendering all to him and not entertaining men you know have no relationship with Jesus or they are baby Christians. The devil sends counterfeits to trip you up! Generational curses might be the reason you can’t find the right partner. In some families, the devil has already established demonic laws saying that no one will ever be married or that if someone gets married, they will end up divorcing. I'm 32 years old, and I feel like that as I get older, my time's running out on finding my future God-fearing wife, and I struggle with patience. I think the problem that I have when serving in Church or going to church events just for finding a relationship is that your heart is not in the right place and you are leaving God behind. Our all hearts must be focus of serving others if you are in a Church volunteering and Serving God if you are worshiping, NOT looking for your potential partner at every moment you see someone around.

What Pastor Vlad is saying is true HOWEVER, I know a few good couples, I am talking about couples that have been married for 50 plus years and are still in love, they all didn't tick all the 10 boxes mentioned in this video when they met their spouses. God makes things happen, at the end of the day you just need to pray and trust God, if it happens it happens, but if it doesn't happen then just let it go. There is nothing wrong with being single.
Especially when you grew up in a household that didn't have love, then you're not required to have a relationship with your family. You just need to have a heart of forgiveness ❤
I truly believe everybody story is different. I know couples who got married and they were still healing from a lot. They helped each other heal. It’s not always that you have to prepare so when it happens it will happen bc God will allow it.
Amen! So many people seem to view God as their eternal matchmaker. I’m not saying he doesn’t put people together but it seems like some get so caught up in finding a mate that it affects their relationship with God. All they pray and think about is finding a mate and they forget to think about their relationship with God. God doesn’t just want to hear you talk about your desire for a mate, he knows what you need and what we really need is a relationship with him. Once we find complete contentment in God and in our singleness we will grow and will become the kind of person that is worthy of a mate.

This is speaking direct to me. When my husband of 10 years left me, i thought the world ended with him. But God was so close to me, i picked up my broken pieces, sought for help from God and my pastor, i enrolled in nursing school, and am praying that i finish my studies. I am now devoted to seeking God, to know His will for my life and i know along the way, He will bring me the right one. Am in my waiting season but am patient and i trust God because i know He will choose the best for me.
My ex wife and I were married in 2014 and our marriage ended several years later in 2019. My ex had become "woke" for lack of a better word in 2016 and started reading a lot of third-wave feminist stuff from Jezebel and other similar "news" sites. she started going to bars every night and would come home drunk and start hitting me. I tried to make it work for three years but she finally left me. I have been single ever since, and I have grown my relationship with Christ to levels I very even knew were possible. I'm 39, now. If God has a lady set aside somewhere for me, I know He will bring her in to my life when the time as come. Or I might stay "single" forevermore! I'm fine with either. My relationship with Yeshua is far more important to me than any other relationship I have ever been in. God comes first, my parents and family second, and my friends third. I’m 18 and the advise he have about rekindling relationship with family really hit. I just know that I can’t have a relationship with my father, he’s just too strict. This ended up pushing all of us away from him. And we really aren’t comfortable. It’s not that he’s a bad person. He was too strict growing up and now even having a conversation with him or watching tv when he’s around has become very uncomfortable

Wonderful advice. Thank you, Vlad. I lost my wife three years ago to cancer after 22 years of marriage. I would like to be married again some day. I am still relatively young, so in the mean time I am learning to be content with this current season and working on myself. It's hard, but I know that it's for the best. I tried "forcing" potential partnerships and it did not turn out well. I know now that if I ever have a another partner, I will meet them in God's time and not mine. Vlad's point regarding contentment really resonates with me, as I am learning to accept that perhaps I will remain alone in this life and that's okay, because I believe I will be reunited with my wife again when my time here is through.

This was very very informative to me as a single divorced man. I see how there's some more thing in my life I can grow on. I have been preparing to find someone new though. Maybe I also need to destroy that visual expectation of whom I expect to find. I also need to focus a little more on myself. Whenever I feel content and focused on the Lord, a "christian" guy will come around and totally disrupt my life. I guess I need to learn to not make him such a big part of my life (even though this type of guy demands more) and stay focused on me and my relationship with the Lord. Early in June I turned 50 and I'm VERY upset that God has NOT blessed me with someone VERY special. For the record, it has NEVER been easy for this 50 year old virgin to SIMPLY find / meet a date or a girlfriend or someone special. This is something I have been going through since 9th grade, I KID YOU NOT! When I see my friends HAPPILY post these pictures on Facebook of them with their significant other taking trips to the beach or the mountains or New York City or Disney World, I get SO VERY irritable and jealous. BEFORE I'm an elderly man, I would like for MY turn to come! Truly and honestly, I'm above and beyond FED UP with dateless weekends, ALWAYS looking through an outside window! I do NOT want to go through this for the rest of my life, even if God INSISTS this for ME! Can someone PLEASE tell me WHY it HAS to be God's Will and absolutely NO exceptions if I'm EVER going to find / meet someone special?!??!?!
I’m taking them all. But the one that stood out was the last one. Making sure you have your boundaries with guys who aren’t your husband. Even if they are just friends. You have to consider the long term effect
53 years old; good career, own my home/vehicles; have done all of the things I was supposed to do to be a the kind of man that a good Christian woman would want to marry. Have reached the point where there is nothing further I can do. I used to pray that God would lead me to the spouse that He wants me with. Now I pray when I go to sleep that I simply don't wake up; let the next season of my life be with Christ.
For some people, they might have done all the steps that Pastor Vlad mentioned but still can’t find a spouse for a very specific reason. Having been in a deliverance ministry for a while now, I have discovered that the presence of a spiritual husband/spiritual wife (incubus/succubus) will prevent some people from getting married or will cause them to marry the wrong people. Because spiritually you are be married to those spirits/demons they will be chasing away the partner God has prepared for you. If you are in the US, you should consider visiting Vlad’s ministry and go through deliverance.

Thanks for the kind words. Given that the vitality of my youth is gone as is my ability to have a son to carry on the family name I just don't see the point anymore. Finding a spouse at this stage will never fix the difficult times when I really needed a supportive companion nor make up for the decades without intimacy. Statistically, men who don't marry by age 40 can expect to die 10 years earlier than men who do. God would have to do more than send me a suitable spouse, he would need to defy the very laws of nature that He created. With God all things are possible, but not all things are probable. Timely message. I realized I need to trust God in this area, I trust Him with my career finances etc but I have never fully surrendered my love life. I feel lonely sometimes. It hits me so bad!! My phone is dry. I’m on dating apps but nothing ever seems to work or happen I thought of deleting them coz I rarely have time to go on there, I keep busy with work then log in after days. Amen. I am a single mom in my 30s. I’m emotionally preparing myself to wait as long as it takes. And why did you accept his marriage offer since your best years are behind you, both of you are unattractive, and you can't have a family? I see no point to getting married now that I'm sick all the time and can't have kids and my best years are behind me. (My autoimmune illness does make a difference.) My older body kind of disgusts me and so do my contemporaries.

Still bitter about what happened at twenty and I am fifty now. Before you tell me that makes me poor marriage material I say I don't care anymore. It's too late in life for anything good. My body is old and in horrible pain and all the men my age repulse me. Chronic illness and a very disappointing life in many ways. But I don't want the booby prize of a sham "marriage" this late in life. I just sit around waiting. Not for marriage but the end. Like most old people do.

As a 33 years young divorced single mother of one, I agree with this message 100%. Been single 2 years and the first year of that was spent healing. Now I'm a university student and I'm learning a new language and volunteering with the NHS, among other things I'm working toward. In your singleness you can do SO much that you won't have time for in a relationship. Being single with God is better than being in an ungodly relationship.
True, I wasted time in an ungodly so called "friendship " and it made me take 80 steps back from where I wanted to be with God in my life. Don't waste you heart on someone who doesn't line up with God's Will.

This is such a painful topic for me. Trusting God for the right person has been the most confusing and difficult area of my life where satan has manipulated and I have compromised due to the wait and vulnerability. I’m now 45 now and just want the right person. I’ve had to turn down a few men. Lord help me in this area 🙏🏼

Focus on the Lord. That means surrendering all to him and not entertaining men you know have no relationship with Jesus or they are baby Christians.
The devil sends counterfeits to trip you up! When you focus on the kingdom and His righteousness All other things will be added to you.
God wants to be your first love! Check your heart. Will you abandon God as soon as you receive a partner? If your relationship is weak. God won’t compromise or send the one till YOUR heart is right.
Because relationships if NOT founded on God can become idolatry and that goes into 1 Corinthians idolaters do not enter the kingdom of heaven.

I think the problem that I have when serving in Church or going to church events just for finding a relationship is that your heart is not in the right place and you are leaving God behind. Seven years ago, I quit living in sin and decided to stay single. I’ve made God my priority and stopped focusing on finding a mate.

What Pastor Vlad is saying is true HOWEVER, I know a few good couples, I am talking about couples that have been married for 50 plus years and are still in love, they all didn't tick all the 10 boxes mentioned in this video when they met their spouses. God makes things happen, at the end of the day you just need to pray and trust God, if it happens it happens, but if it doesn't happen then just let it go. There is nothing wrong with being single.
Especially when you grew up in a household that didn't have love, then you're not required to have a relationship with your family. You just need to have a heart of forgiveness ❤
I truly believe everybody story is different. I know couples who got married and they were still healing from a lot. They helped each other heal. It’s not always that you have to prepare so when it happens it will happen bc God will allow it.
Amen! So many people seem to view God as their eternal matchmaker. I’m not saying he doesn’t put people together but it seems like some get so caught up in finding a mate that it affects their relationship with God. All they pray and think about is finding a mate and they forget to think about their relationship with God. God doesn’t just want to hear you talk about your desire for a mate, he knows what you need and what we really need is a relationship with him. Once we find complete contentment in God and in our singleness we will grow and will become the kind of person that is worthy of a mate.

This is speaking direct to me. When my husband of 10 years left me, i thought the world ended with him. But God was so close to me, i picked up my broken pieces, sought for help from God and my pastor, i enrolled in nursing school, and am praying that i finish my studies. I am now devoted to seeking God, to know His will for my life and i know along the way, He will bring me the right one. Am in my waiting season but am patient and i trust God because i know He will choose the best for me.
My ex wife and I were married in 2014 and our marriage ended several years later in 2019. My ex had become "woke" for lack of a better word in 2016 and started reading a lot of third-wave feminist stuff from Jezebel and other similar "news" sites. she started going to bars every night and would come home drunk and start hitting me. I tried to make it work for three years but she finally left me. I have been single ever since, and I have grown my relationship with Christ to levels I very even knew were possible. I'm 39, now. If God has a lady set aside somewhere for me, I know He will bring her in to my life when the time as come. Or I might stay "single" forevermore! I'm fine with either. My relationship with Yeshua is far more important to me than any other relationship I have ever been in. God comes first, my parents and family second, and my friends third. To all you Christian single guys and gals out there, just remember that you are NEVER alone; God is always there holding your hand and guiding you thru each day and night. I’m 18 and the advise he have about rekindling relationship with family really hit. I just know that I can’t have a relationship with my father, he’s just too strict. This ended up pushing all of us away from him. And we really aren’t comfortable. It’s not that he’s a bad person. He was too strict growing up and now even having a conversation with him or watching tv when he’s around has become very uncomfortable

Wonderful advice. Thank you, Vlad. I lost my wife three years ago to cancer after 22 years of marriage. I would like to be married again some day. I am still relatively young, so in the mean time I am learning to be content with this current season and working on myself. It's hard, but I know that it's for the best. I tried "forcing" potential partnerships and it did not turn out well. I know now that if I ever have a another partner, I will meet them in God's time and not mine. Vlad's point regarding contentment really resonates with me, as I am learning to accept that perhaps I will remain alone in this life and that's okay, because I believe I will be reunited with my wife again when my time here is through.

This was very very informative to me as a single divorced man. I see how there's some more thing in my life I can grow on. I have been preparing to find someone new though. Maybe I also need to destroy that visual expectation of whom I expect to find. I also need to focus a little more on myself. I'm working, I have my own apartment, i pray, go to church but i need to learn to find more joy in being single right now. Wow,this is all I need right now. I'm in a season of rest,where God has instructed me to wait and rest in Him. I wasted a bigger part of my life chasing after that perfect relationship to find happiness but now I know I had to go through all that for a reason. what instruction did God give you to know to wait and rest in Him? I had a breakup in February I am still getting over and I want this season I'm in now to be a season of quiet and stillness to focus on my relationship with him, but I'm not exactly sure how I should go about it practically.
I’m 21. I know who God wants me to marry. We go to the same church. However, God said he will confirm when to pursue her for courting. This video helps me focus on what to do while following the instruction he said to “wait”.

Whenever I feel content and focused on the Lord, a "christian" guy will come around and totally disrupt my life. I guess I need to learn to not make him such a big part of my life (even though this type of guy demands more) and stay focused on me and my relationship with the Lord. Early in June I turned 50 and I'm VERY upset that God has NOT blessed me with someone VERY special. For the record, it has NEVER been easy for this 50 year old virgin to SIMPLY find / meet a date or a girlfriend or someone special. This is something I have been going through since 9th grade, I KID YOU NOT!
When I see my friends HAPPILY post these pictures on Facebook of them with their significant other taking trips to the beach or the mountains or New York City or Disney World, I get SO VERY irritable and jealous. BEFORE I'm an elderly man, I would like for MY turn to come! Truly and honestly, I'm above and beyond FED UP with dateless weekends, ALWAYS looking through an outside window! I do NOT want to go through this for the rest of my life, even if God INSISTS this for ME!
Can someone PLEASE tell me WHY it HAS to be God's Will and absolutely NO exceptions if I'm EVER going to find / meet someone special?!??!?!

53 years old; good career, own my home/vehicles; have done all of the things I was supposed to do to be a the kind of man that a good Christian woman would want to marry. Have reached the point where there is nothing further I can do. I used to pray that God would lead me to the spouse that He wants me with. For some people, they might have done all the steps that Pastor Vlad mentioned but still can’t find a spouse for a very specific reason. Having been in a deliverance ministry for a while now, I have discovered that the presence of a spiritual husband/spiritual wife (incubus/succubus) will prevent some people from getting married or will cause them to marry the wrong people. Because spiritually you are be married to those spirits/demons they will be chasing away the partner God has prepared for you. If you are in the US, you should consider visiting Vlad’s ministry and go through deliverance.
Please don't give up on God. He's never late.

Thanks for the kind words. Given that the vitality of my youth is gone as is my ability to have a son to carry on the family name I just don't see the point anymore. Finding a spouse at this stage will never fix the difficult times when I really needed a supportive companion nor make up for the decades without intimacy. Statistically, men who don't marry by age 40 can expect to die 10 years earlier than men who do. God would have to do more than send me a suitable spouse, he would need to defy the very laws of nature that He created. With God all things are possible, but not all things are probable. My phone is dry. I’m on dating apps but nothing ever seems to work or happen I thought of deleting them coz I rarely have time to go on there, I keep busy with work then log in after days. I’m 31 single mom of two the devil has been whispering in my ear it’s too late I won’t someone who will love me. But iv put finding my HUSBAND has part of my prayer petitions in the mean time I will do what you have said. Strengthen my relationship with God, develop myself, take care of my self etc. I am leaving my love life in Gods hands 🙏🏽
