i was broken hurt and bruised. a boy with a broken identity, who believed he was born homosexual. the deeper the lust and the sexual encounters, the emptier i felt. Emptier and emptier. i had no joy nor peace in my life, i had a distorted view of what love is, and yet it did not satisfy me, deep down i knew that my lifestyle was wrong, but i was bound by chains and fetters, i started drinking, i started cutting myself to feel. my sexual encounters became more and more sick, and one evening, when i went with someone i never met and never knew, i hit rock bottom, i was so broken, i was so overwhelmed by the weight of my sinful life. i was sinking deep in sin, i was far from the Peaceful shore, but the Master of the Sea came and lifted me out of the pit of destruction. Jesus Christ was with me when i did the filthiest things, He was calling me back to Father everyday. One evening, the weight of my sin was so strong and weighed me down like a 1000 tons of cement, the Holy Spirit convicted me of the life i was living, homosexuality, alcoholism, lust, self-mutilation, self-centeredness, pride, lying... as I was feeling all of this, the Father manifested His LOVE, GRACE & MERCY to me through Jesus Christ. I never felt such love - He moved with such authority yet with such LOVE and COMPASSION. I knew that there is a GOD. Now saved am i, cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ, i am dead to my sin and alive to God through Christ Jesus. Now my life is a declaration to the Messiah, HE is The Way, The Truth & The Life. I have tasted and seen that the Lord is good! Washed and cleansed by the precious Blood of my Jesus Christ! HALLELUJAH!!!!! Psalm 40:2-3 "He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet on a rock, and established my steps. He has put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God; many will see it, and fear, and will trust in the Lord"

Yahweh! Throughout my life, I've struggled with just about everything you could imagine: depression, anxiety, insecurity, sexual immorality and pornography (basically), anger, allowing stress to get the best of me, and so, so much more. Even now I'm struggling with some things, and as long as you're in this world, you always will. But God is still good. He's a good, good Father. And Jesus is my Lord and Savior, my best friend. No matter what I go through, whether it be the fire or the flood, He's there. He's always there. Once He said to me, in that still, small voice, "I'm here." And that's all we need. That's enough - He's enough! He is Jehovah, Yahweh, and He calls us beloved! His love and grace is always sufficient - His love, poured out through the blood of the Lamb, is the perfect atonement for our sin. It covers every blemish, every imperfection, every mistake, every failure. I love Him, not because of anything I've done or anything I've earned, but because He loved me first. I know what it's like to hate yourself, to be ashamed, to be insecure, to worry, to fear, and to hurt. Trust me when I say that no validation from anyone else, no possible pleasure you or someone else could give you, no lust, no worry, nothing in this world... could possibly fill that hole inside your soul. It might distract you for a little while. It might work as a nice cover up. But the only thing that can make you whole, fulfill you, truly love you with an agape, unconditional love, is Jesus and our Heavenly Father. The Holy Spirit showed me, even after I was saved, more and more (and still does) just how much God really loves us. You can never get to close to him, everyone. man y'all I go to sleep with earphones and listening to music and I woke up in the middle of the night with this and I was like wow. it's so raw and pure and I can't fully describe it, but I was in awe. awesome worship
-God watches for us as we do for him It was almost like the anointing was so powerful it woke me up in the middle of the night into a calm place of worship whereas my days have been troubling lately filled with anxiety and pain.

I cried the first time I watched this. I was going through a rough point in my life and I couldn’t get a group of my friends from church camp off my mind(they all live really far away from me). We always sang this song so I searched it up. I clicked this video and bawled because this is literally us and now I listen to it every night to help remind myself that God really is there.

I was broke because of an utter distraction of my identity and living in it isn't really easy, knowing that being a born homosexual is gonna be the best part of your life. Little did I know my life was completely messed up! I've been through a lot of pains and hurts that puts my life down and literally wrecked my emotional condition and lifestyle.(repititive lifestyle) I did try to commit suicide as my life never gonna be changed. It was a horrible and painful decision but it did not go through. Thanks the Lord! As of now. I'm tryna do my best get back again to the heart of worship to please the Lord and tryna keep the Lord's promise I have in him. I know God is with me always in my daily walk in the world. I believe as I'm standing firm he who has believed the father believed me as well, will give me a better future more than I was thinking.

Hearing this beautiful song😍... i remember a man of God came all the way to Switzerland here in Fiji giving the word of the Lord... and he told me that deep inside me there's a small thing that still believe in God and he told me that I'm broken-hearted cause and it's all true. .. i broke up with my first Girlfriend trying to solve things up, had a family situation that me and my real father fought and he had to chase me away but i didn't lack or to loose hope to praise this God who created the universe and his Son who died for our sins. After a week he showed me a way, a life, and truth that everything that had happen went back to normal. I just wanna thank God for everything that he had provided for me

I started guitar 3 years ago to be able to do just this. I want to lead a small group one day and worship God around a fire around way too late in the night and to be in his overwhelming presence with my many friends just feeling his love not being able to wipe a smile off our face :) thank you for this video it reminded me of who real friends are and why God has gifted me the ability to play this amazing instrument

Eventually, I had to close my eyes and just listen to the song. Hearing each of them praise the Lord individually and as a group altogether was a beautiful thing. They've got amazing voices and I was able to appreciate each one of them separately when I listened for them, and as a group they were so cohesive. God was surrounding that campfire, and He surrounds me now! Lovely worship.

I love this acoustic version. I came across this song a year ago and have been listening to it on repeat at home and in my office. I am a first time mommy with twins. My girls are over a year old and I give all the glory to God for giving me the strength to care for them especially when i was alone. Such a beautiful song humbly sung! Just in worship and even in the many times that I've listened to this song, you can still feel how powerful the worship was, the song and how it was sung just speaks to me so loudly! I've just started getting back to serving in the music ministry in a start-up community too and I get so much passion and inspiration through this: worship doesn't have to be always loud or with all accompaniments and instruments. Sometimes beautiful worship comes out of simply playing a guitar and being in intense and deep worship and prayer. I continue to pray that more young people come to know God, serve in ministry and inspire other young people to do the same. God bless everyone!

I was broke because of an utter distraction of my identity and living in it isn't really easy, knowing that being a born homosexual is gonna be the best part of your life. Little did I know my life was completely messed up! I've been through a lot of pains and hurts that puts my life down and literally wrecked my emotional condition and lifestyle.(repititive lifestyle)
I did try to commit suicide as my life never gonna be changed. It was a horrible and painful decision but it did not go through. Thanks the Lord!
As of now. I'm tryna do my best get back again to the heart of worship to please the Lord and tryna keep the Lord's promise I have in him. I know God is with me always in my daily walk in the world.

Hearing this beautiful song😍... i remember a man of God came all the way to Switzerland here in Fiji giving the word of the Lord... and he told me that deep inside me there's a small thing that still believe in God and he told me that I'm broken-hearted cause and it's all true. .. i broke up with my first Girlfriend trying to solve things up, had a family situation that me and my real father fought and he had to chase me away but i didn't lack or to loose hope to praise this God who created the universe and his Son who died for our sins. After a week he showed me a way, a life, and truth that everything that had happen went back to normal. I just wanna thank God for everything that he had provided for me

I started guitar 3 years ago to be able to do just this. I want to lead a small group one day and worship God around a fire around way too late in the night and to be in his overwhelming presence with my many friends just feeling his love not being able to wipe a smile off our face :) thank you for this video it reminded me of who real friends are and why God has gifted me the ability to play this amazing instrument

Eventually, I had to close my eyes and just listen to the song. Hearing each of them praise the Lord individually and as a group altogether was a beautiful thing. They've got amazing voices and I was able to appreciate each one of them separately when I listened for them, and as a group they were so cohesive. God was surrounding that campfire, and He surrounds me now! Lovely worship.

I love this acoustic version. I came across this song a year ago and have been listening to it on repeat at home and in my office. I am a first time mommy with twins. My girls are over a year old and I give all the glory to God for giving me the strength to care for them especially when i was alone. Such a beautiful song humbly sung! Just in worship and even in the many times that I've listened to this song, you can still feel how powerful the worship was, the song and how it was sung just speaks to me so loudly! I've just started getting back to serving in the music ministry in a start-up community too and I get so much passion and inspiration through this: worship doesn't have to be always loud or with all accompaniments and instruments. Sometimes beautiful worship comes out of simply playing a guitar and being in intense and deep worship and prayer.
I continue to pray that more young people come to know God, serve in ministry and inspire other young people to do the same. God bless everyone!
