We're back with season 3 let's goooo! These first episodes didn't disappoint and we can't believe things have gotten crazier. Also, we wanted to mention that RUclips has been strict lately with some of the violence and dialogue within this series, so if we cut out specific scenes, that's why. Take care and we hope you enjoy the video :)
It makes SO much more sense now how the baby survived huh. He teleported himself away from danger. It was always so odd that Homelander would take the time and effort to save a baby he absolutely despised and now we know he didn't. Call backs to at the time seemingly insignificant events from S1 in S3 is just one of the reasons this show is pure genius.
That's awesome. So they already must have been in pre-production for GenV before they finished season 3. These little details are very satisfying for building the world.
Yes, you guys need to watch Gen V because it's a spinoff, it’s great and the storylines of these shows are too interconnected. The events of Gen V S1 lead right into The Boys S4, and the showrunner said that S4 starts days after the finale of Gen V, so if people don't watch Gen V, they will miss a lot. Edit: It’s nice you guys caught Teddy Stillwell, most people miss it. Homelander hated that kid, so it didn’t made sense for him to save him when the baby survived, now we know he unconsciously teleported. 30:5 And yes, most of them killed their parents because they don’t know how to control their abilities. That’s why watching Gen V is also important, more lore in this mess up universe.
@@Shzzaam That makes no sense; if you love The Boys, you’ll love Gen V. It’s the same showrunner, same writers, same producers, just a different plot and setting with new characters, which are all actually pretty complex and amazing. It has great writing, VFX, cinematography, amazing characters, and the acting which I thought it was going to be bad is good. Your miss, though, and you won’t be able to fully appreciate S4 of The Boys, because the plot of Gen V is very important so🤷🏽♂️
@@reynaldolorenzo8409 Just cause it's the same showrunner doesn't mean anything. It's the characters in The Boys show that I like, I don't care about the other Supes
5:20 this almost certainly was a result of extrapolating on the "antman defeats Thanos by shrinking and going into Thanos' 🍑 and then expanding" memes lol
I've seen this show many times (through my own watching and watching reactors) and I finally just put the puzzle pieces together on my head about Teddy. He has the ability to teleport, so at the end of season 1 when Butcher blew up Stillwell's place and then in season 2 we heard on the news that the baby was found a couple miles away, a lot of people (including me) assumed that homelander must have actually done the right thing and saved the baby even though he hated him. No, that isn't what happened. Baby Teddy saved himself. When the place blew up baby Teddy teleported himself to safety. Otherwise he'd likely be dead now...
I don’t know how people can miss it. Now you know how he survived, because Homelander hated that kid, so it didn’t made sense he saved the baby, so Teddy unconsciously teleported.
@@reynaldolorenzo8409 no. That’s an obvious catch imo. But that’s not what I was referring to. One of the photos shown was of Marie Moreau. She’s the main character in The Boys spin-off series “Gen V” . It wouldn’t be until you’ve watched that series, that you’d recognize her
@@kobewankenobi248 Ah ok, I thought you were referring to Teddy. But yeah, I saw something with that the showrunner said he had everything planned for Gen V since the beginning, he said that in S3 Ep2 you can see Marie, so it’s nice how interconnected the stories are.
29:56 Yep Teddy Stilwell.... Remember he was found 2 miles away on someones lawn after the blast. His mom juiced him up with V and his powers saved him from the blast.
There is a "Voight International" You Tube channel that has the full trailers for Dawn of the Seven and Not Without My Dolphin as well as Drummer Boy's "License To Drive" video
It's so bloody good! 30:30 Oh wow! I did not know or expect her to be there. Roof scene is so damn disgusting, just like the plane scene, almost too hard to watch...
0:01 Damn! That is one excellent shirt, Eric. I have one almost the same (along with a closet-full of other fairly loud ones). 👍 Love the Termite scene at the opening (pun intended). They really started this season with a bang (pun also intended). 😁 I'll see myself out. 😉
Good stuff guys, homelander losing it on stage in ep2 was so good, Antony starr is next level in the role. Anyway as some other have said you definitely have to do the spin-off Gen V after you finish s4, it’s pretty connected and Gen V is supposed to kind of lead into s4 of the boys, show was very good and a great addition to the boys universe

Great reaction, Y'all. This season is even crazier than the first two, looking forward to the next one.

I just noticed that Marie M. is in the picture at red river. She's the lead in Gen V. That's pretty neat.

5:33 Welcome to season fucking 3. And yeah, I'm hearing Butcher's voice when I type that. xD
Perfect timing with the upload just finished watching you guys reaction to season 2 finale, can't wait :)

No one ever recommends Diabolical for some reason. It's great and gives backstory
