I kinda wish there was a Third story route for Godzilla himself in this game. There would be the typical "Earth Defenders" route for his faction, and the "Tyrant" route for absorbing the crystals' power...

But also an ideal "Rampage/King of the Monsters" route, with conditions where Godzilla would have to completely destroy each city he visits _alongside_ destroying the crystals. He is not a threat to all life on Earth itself, but *hasn't forgotten what happened to its parent, and hasn't forgiven humanity....* and has decided it's time for us to pay. And if Mothra doesn't like it? She can go down with the all of the Mutants & Aliens, too.

My idea for a fan fiction ending:
The power surges proved to be to much for the majority of the Kaiju, but not for Godzilla. Due to harboring the same DNA as Spacegodzilla, he was able to take control of the crystals on Earth and warp the planets gravitational field, transforming it into a traveling vessel. After killing Spacegodzilla and the other Kaiju that stood against him, Godzilla turned his attention towards destroying humanity. After he accomplished his goal, Godzilla set his eyes on other planets with life forms similar to humans, planning to destroy them so that way he can live in peace.

I always felt this route, story wise, had Godzilla be corrupted by the surges as a consequence, but the only "upside" would be an easier defeat of Spacegodzilla, again mostly the consequence being the corruption of the main monster and the destruction of earth itself.

For some reason I found it easier to fight king ghadorah in his critical mass form than og him.
Agreed, probably because his massive size also makes him a much easier punching bag
Also monster in critical mass have much less defense and become glass cannons
He so big you can swing the wii remote like a spaz and get away with it
Also you can still throw ghidorah in that state + you fight him in sydney so lava

I never knew how to do the tyrant rout
All you have to do is defeat all foes who are corrupted by the Power Surge Crystals. You have to seek out levels where they appear (the level text will tell you if they are there). But be careful, if an enemy monster knocks out the corrupted monster, you won't get credit for it and won't be able to reach Tyrant.

Sure, he's quite fun. As the poster boy of GU, he is fairly quick and hits pretty hard, though some of his moves utilizing his tail feel a little slow.
hey, you're good at modding right? like how you made varadaki, g14, and eva 01 kiryu? well I think you should put g90 and g1954 in the storyline as a mod. here's what I think the story will go.
g90: this one is that godzilla has "reawaken" from his slumber in antartica and that he has no clue on what the giant crystal's are. in curiosity, he break's one and get's a power. in time, destroyah comes and g90 wins with the shield crystal(the blue one) you have the decision to either save the earth, or destroy it via critical mass meltdown.
g1954: this tells the shoda series of godzilla, since he will fight monster's like gamera, king kong, rhedosaurus, ymir, the gorlax, trike, gorgo, and more. there will be no crystals. instead there's spire's of power surges made by bagan. when he defeats him, there's one more mission. "destroyer" it tell's the story of instead of dr serizawa dropping the oxygen destroyer in the water where he live's, oxygen destroyer energy is stored in the cannon of the first atragon. marking his death.
whats the diffrence between tyrant and normal
A normal run would be the default run for the monster (Godzilla being an Earth Defender and getting his default ending). But a "Tyrant" run, they collect all the Power Surge Crystals and get the Mutant ending instead, effectively the "bad" ending.

hey, i got an idea! can you add superhero skins to jet jaguar? it'll be good with another thing, forming all 3d godzilla maps to their specific city. like tokyo would have all the big city maps, flooded tokyo, damm, save the earth, generations 1 and 2. specifically for san francisco. that's where the real deal is. i call it"godzilla kills the entire multiverse". everyone is there. superman, kiryu, spawn, black terror, captain carrot, hulk, gaos, bemular, vakishim, jirass, all of them converge to godzilla's location to stop him. what do you think?

Your just attacking your friends for no reason, THATS NOT HOW YOU PLAY IT, THERE THERE TO HELP YOU FIGHT THE ENEMY, I know the friend in need is forcing you to attack your friend but you can just destroy the crystals without attacking, the only one to attack your own kind is being a mutant
Oh and for the one with the 3 earth monsters ganging up on you, that’s ok and when you fight a mutant or alien, your friends are Mechas and earth monsters

Nobody seems to give a legit answer, so basically some stages in the story mode has certain "key-buildings/structures" you have to destroy to unlock the new characters. In this case it was the infested, green building where Biolante was born, which you can see pops up his head after destroying it
