For the past ten years, the HBO Camera Assessment Series has helped producers, directors, and cinematographers within the Warner Brothers Discovery network choose the ideal capture systems for their projects. After a few successful screenings in Hollywood, we are excited to have brought this to India for the first time.
The series showcased the widely used camera systems and lenses like the ARRI ALEXA Mini, Sony VENICE 2, RED V-RAPTOR, Blackmagic URSA 12K, ARRI ALEXA 35, Kodak 5219 Film using the ZEISS Cinematography Lenses, by recreating complex, real-life scenarios from actual scenes. This approach helped us to highlight the capabilities of each camera, enabling filmmakers to make informed decisions.
The screening was followed by a panel discussion with Mr. Manoj Paramahamsa, Mr. Sivaraman, Mr. Nirav Shah and moderated by Mr. Rajiv Menon.
The event was hosted at the premises of PVR INOX, VR Mall, Chennai on 9th June 2023, Sunday.
