I had the most beautiful spa day with my mum at Careys Manor SenSpa, situated in the heart of the New Forest. I have been a few times now with Jaime and stayed here in their hotel, it is just beautiful! So lucky to have this on our door step. Also with their spa days you receive a complimentary gift, these are so good and literally smell divine!

I received a teeth whitening kit from Molar Clean which seems fab and so easy to use! I have been using the gel along side the strips and I'm yet to finish the course but I am noticing a slight difference!
Then my sister and I went to London to watch a lady called Francesca Amber- AKA Law of Attraction Change My Life (she is big on instagram and has such a great podcast which I listen to weekly without fail) highly recommend a listen if you into all things law of attraction etc. My sister got us tickets for my birthday so we headed up on the train (with over a half hour delay) grabbed some food quick at the venue and enjoyed a great show. Fran did it with a guy call Mart who owns Canny Crystals and they spoke all things law of attraction, positive vibes & thoughts and shared their stories with everyone.
