Wonderful low altitude flight! Also glad to see you landed on the other side of that pool of mud! Would you be able to get higher up with this and find thermals?

This video is my first time flying with the DLE170 engine. I haven't flown again because the weather has turned cold. This engine is direct drive and does not have a reduction belt. My friend who flies powered umbrellas told me that the power of the DLE170 is not as big as the Corsair M25 and Moster 185. I'm not sure, DLE170, how high can it fly specifically. Perhaps we can try again when the weather gets warmer next year, but the vibration of DLE170 is quite strong. The vibrations of this machine are all transmitted to the delta wings. Perhaps it will cause metal fatigue and chronic damage to the delta wing. Recently, I am considering replacing the DLE170 with an electric motor, which will provide more linear power, lower noise, and almost no vibration.

Cool to see that motor works well. However, if you have an engine out over the corn flying that low you should expect to get hurt.

When I was flying over the corn, I had turned the engine to full throttle, but the engine didn't respond, the Revs didn't go up, and then I lowered the throttle, and then I picked up speed again, the engine was responding. It was dangerous. If the engine died, I had to make an emergency landing in a cornfield. Later concluded that the oil should be the existence of air, or improper adjustment of the carburetor, resulting in the situation. Fortunately, there is no danger, a safe landing.

Been flying FLPHG for a few years so mildly excited to see what looks like the fuel line hanging in the breeze between the fuel tank and the engine. Do us a favour and stow it correctly before it breaks and sprays gas all over the hot bits. Fire is NOT your friend in the air,,,,
