This is the most powerful hypnotic session i've ever experienced.Amazing efforts put into to background sounds,music,voice tone and effects.It gives truly a realistic experience.Such sessions should be taught as a part of curriculum in schools and colleges itself and would be extremely effective to root out anxiety and depression.Amazing work John. Yeah... It was a bit of experimental piece for me at the time. I don’t know that I would do any more like this, but it was kind of fun.
So I just did this. After the last few days I’ve had I needed something and I came across this video. My nerves were shot and my heart was racing before I started. I must say this was an amazing experience. I felt everything from the pulsating, the warmth and a breeze. My higher successful self gave me the most warming hug as we entered and when we returned. I came out of the meditation feeling so much peace. Thank you so much.

I love your videos. Your voice is one of the few that actually calms and relaxes me, some others seriously freak me out and make me even uncomfortable, idk why! I've been listening in order to heal myself from past trauma and abuse and believe in myself and raise my self esteem. Thank you for making these videos and also removing commercials. I have found myself in the middle of a meditation at times and commercial suddenly blasts and startles me. That's never happened with your videos, so in a weird way, I feel "safe" hearing your videos. I just hope I'm still benefiting from them even when I fall asleep, I hope so?

I’m not sure if you mean you felt that way because hypnosis does trigger the release of dopamine and endorphins... Or if you were referencing you participating in something outside of and in addition to hypnosis that could trigger that state. For the purposes of this video, I’ll just assume you were experiencing that endorphin high. Like runners experience. It does feel good :) Thanks!

I also know what I need to do. 20 years ago I wanted so much to be a massage therapist. I was discouraged from my ex. Told it was a stupid idea..I lost my business last year, a business I had for 20 years but was not enjoying it anyway. Time for me to open a new one. This one I will absolutely love. When it started I was in a place where my mind was racing with so many negative words spinning fast as if I was in a tornado the way the words kept spinning around so fast. I was covering my face kneeling in a fetal position. My successful self grabbed my hands and stood me up as I walked through the door into the science lab. When we transfered information she never let my hand go and I kept seeing a bunch of children including my future children hug me. I saw my future husband and we were listening to something together holding hands. It felt so good. I didn't want to come back to reality. Thank you. I hope this helps someone as it did me.

The audio quality fo this presentation is superb. What microphone do you use?
I just a Samsung USB microphone. Plugs right into Garage Band. Though I am thinking of going with the Blue Yeti. I hear great stuff about that rig.

The background music was like a slow drip in my ears.. found myself getting agitated then frustrated.

Dear John Moyer, I don't know how I became subscribed to your channel and find this whole shift in You Tube from free to paid service most confusing. Seems everything electronic is going to change on Dec. 10, 2019. Netflix says I have to buy an Amazon Fire Stick by then in order to get Netflix after that, even though I have been, and continue to be a paid subscriber since Netlix began. I read the Terms of Service, but it says as long as I do not use any content for commercial purposes it will remain free of charge. I have been looking for a guided meditation video for so long, and last night I saw one of yours on RUclips, but today I could not relocate that video. I would not mind paying for your services if I could afford it, but I cannot. However, now it appears I am a "subscriber" to You Tube or something thru an entity called "Google Pay." I tried to get info about that too, but every page that was supposed to be a FAQ was just three icons about GoogglePay..,and I still cannot locate your video. What happened to it? Here's a description. The video was just a starry sky that gave the feeling of moving through the universe. The sound was what was great---a series of affirmations quite similar to the teachings of Eckhardt Tolle, basically that we create our own reality, etc., but each affirmation was different, and I listened to it for at least an hour before I fell asleep. Please put by your video how to contact you, as I don't want to put my e-mail/phone contact information here in a public space. I very much need to get in touch with you, but don't know how. Just my opinion of course but I wasn't able to relax during this. It was definitely unique & creative. I like how you incorporate audio clips & modifiers for the audio( you're definitely skilled at editing). However I found it too stimulating, more like the beginning of space mountain than a relaxing meditation. I thought your voice wasn't calming & was much too fast. I hope that wasn't too harsh. Keep going. Sorry I didn't enjoy it.
Thanks for the input! It's all good. Everything you said was exactly the way it was intended to be. This was a completely different program geared in a very different way. Some people like it, some people don't. I put a variety of programs out there that there is an audience for and there's another audience that doesn't like it at all. Some people hate ALL my stuff. I get it. It's never a one size fits all and I appreciate the people who listen and I encourage everybody to find what works for them. Thanks, Kieran!
