Seungmin recently threw the opening game pitch between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Team Korea for the MLB Seoul Series game. He threw right down the center and had several professional baseball players commenting about how good his pitch was. Even fans were like "recruit this guy for our team" in several MLB online forums.

Seungmin's version with Eungkwan of BtoB and Jongho of ATEEZ of Love Poem 3 years ago on Kingdom: Legendary War was a turning point for him. I think it changed who he believed he was for the group, after all he was all but tossed into the main vocal position. His confidence needed Kingdom and Love Poem! I love this version and I was just wrecked listening to him.
Jumped so fast when this video popped up, Pierre. It was a truly beautiful experience, not just the song but also the glimpse into his heart and soul. He was so generous to share this with us and yet he stays so humble and is always working to reach his very high standards. On his forked road of dreams, I can’t say I could ever know for sure what he fully meant but a few things based on what has been shared with the fandom pop into my mind. Seungmin’s first dream was to be a baseball player. I believe from his recent pitch with the LA Dodgers, his grandpa was a famous baseball celebrity and he followed him on the pitch as a child. However, that dream ended due to injury before he committed to train for the idol life. Whether singing was always there when very young alongside baseball, I don’t know but he still loves the game and was honoured to be asked to throw that first pitch this February. Secondly, when Stray Kids debuted and he was selected as one of the 3 VocalRacha at the time, he and I.N. were the juniors and less experienced vocally to the singer who left the group. Seungmin had just turned 18 and I.N. was 17. When that member left in October 2019, a HUGE responsibility fell on their shoulders. SKZ was still finding their audience and trying to make an impact in K-pop and the burden on the group was immense, but especially the vocalists (and Han too who took on many of the high notes that were not originally his). Seungmin found a singing teacher and deep dived into his rigorous training which he has never stopped. The members always say how much they respect his high standards to bring his best. Thirdly,…..I’m not sure there is another one yet but there will be more especially as they contemplate upcoming military in a few years, probably solo releases would be on his mind and so much more. But he has always said he wants to do this for a very long time with Stray Kids so we are just going to see more amazing growth from these gifts he is so desirous to give Stay. He can be savage and cheeky but he is so giving and genuine.
P.s. The boys have dropped a lot of SKZ records of late, not sure if you’ve heard all of the, Hyunjin had 2 (I think you heard them), Han now has 2 (one with Bae of NMIXX just dropped) and one called 13 a little while back and Seungmin’s two OST’s Phobia and the more recent Destiny for a K-Drama.

Not only because of his beautiful singing, but because he is the most incredibly humble person who is always grateful to everyone who supports him. Seungmin is really intelligent his way of thinking is really different from other people. He thinks outside of the box. He don't care about what other people think, for Seungmin most important thing is his own opinion. He said "Rather than seeking recognition from others, I try to enjoy myself and think of myself as the best". From only one sentences I can know about him. He is really special person. Leeknow title was perfect "Tries to make his complex life simple". I respect him a lot and I'm happy to be his fan. This song is so special for Seungmin and for some STAY's who been walked together with his journey. He been my bias for 6 years I know how hard he worked he don't skip a day to practice his vocals and he still got vocal lessons. He said really important things on EP.0(it's only 2 min) I hope you watch it together with EP.2. I got so much emotional and cried a lot. So grateful that Seungmin is starting this show.

I am really looking forward to the rest of this series, but so glad he started with Love Poem. As much as Kingdom is a very painful memory for the Kids, it has also given us legendary stages, and STAY have always been wishing to have these covers on official streaming platforms. I do hope these make it to Spotify... Regarding the tablet: I am like you Pierre. Even if I compose or arrange in Musescore, I just can't commit to tablet, and feel the need to print the score and scrible interpretation notes all over it when I play bass or sing it. Probably remnants of years of choir training? Or a generational thing for us Gen X? I feel much more implication into the work with pen and paper... Same goes for learning lyrics.
Yes that could be the reason. For me when writing lyrics I can remember them better f I actually wrote them with a pen rather than having typed them on a keyboard. I can type rather quickly without looking at my fingers so it is more of a "reflex" when doing so... If done with a pen on paper then you concentrate on every word and have to make it readable .... I am starting out on the E-Ink journey though with the "remarkable-2" E-Ink tablet. It really is like writing on paper.... amazing technology
I personally loved the one on Kingdom however I feel like with the other 2 they were really doing things to show off the power of their voices which sometimes takes the emotion away. I never heard the song until Kingdom.I fell in love with IU’s version once I heard it and it made me so emotional because of the emotions in her voice . I heard this song is so personal to her. I feel when Seungmin sang in this version his voice portrays those emotions that IU’s does. He has parts that are great with showing the emotion and there are a lot of parts where he shows off the power and emotion without it being to showy. I would love to hear IU and Seungmin sing this together because gosh it would be so beautiful!

I've been into 💙S͓̽t͓̽r͓̽a͓̽y͓̽K͓̽i͓̽d͓̽s͓̽💙 for a year now and i love every member so much...and i listen to they're music every day...But i have to tell that lately Seungmin has grown on me more and more.... His covers, his solos, his Ost... and now this one... I found myself replaying his songs at least 3 or 4 times every time because his voice is so good.... They've been a performer even since 2010 but debuted on 2014! Yuimetal used to be in this group but unfortunately her doctor said that her condition isn't in good state to do performing again so she had no choice but to leave the group. Sumetal and Moametal performed together with an avenger(they call the backup dancers avengers) when Yui left. Regarding the tablet: I am like you Pierre. Even if I compose or arrange in Musescore, I just can't commit to tablet, and feel the need to print the score and scrible interpretation notes all over it when I play bass or sing it. Probably remnants of years of choir training? Or a generational thing for us Gen X? I feel much more implication into the work with pen and paper... Same goes for learning lyrics.
Yes that could be the reason. For me when writing lyrics I can remember them better f I actually wrote them with a pen rather than having typed them on a keyboard. I can type rather quickly without looking at my fingers so it is more of a "reflex" when doing so... If done with a pen on paper then you concentrate on every word and have to make it readable ....
I am starting out on the E-Ink journey though with the "remarkable-2" E-Ink tablet. It really is like writing on paper.... amazing technology
I personally loved the one on Kingdom however I feel like with the other 2 they were really doing things to show off the power of their voices which sometimes takes the emotion away. I never heard the song until Kingdom.I fell in love with IU’s version once I heard it and it made me so emotional because of the emotions in her voice . I heard this song is so personal to her. I feel when Seungmin sang in this version his voice portrays those emotions that IU’s does. He has parts that are great with showing the emotion and there are a lot of parts where he shows off the power and emotion without it being to showy. I would love to hear IU and Seungmin sing this together because gosh it would be so beautiful!

Hello Pierre! Thank you for you letting your emotions transpher, even if you hold back... We could still see it. I've been into 💙S͓̽t͓̽r͓̽a͓̽y͓̽K͓̽i͓̽d͓̽s͓̽💙 for a year now and i love every member so much...and i listen to they're music every day...But i have to tell that lately Seungmin has grown on me more and more.... His covers, his solos, his Ost... and now this one... I found myself replaying his songs at least 3 or 4 times every time because his voice is so good.... I didn't choose a bias in Stray kids because i love them all... But this guy.... Is something else... Especially because a year ago.... Was the one i didn't particularly like that much.... But i feel like now his really turning the tables.

Helloo!! I have a request to make, please do react to Babymetal. They're a combination of J-pop and metal, they're group consists of 3 members. They've been a performer even since 2010 but debuted on 2014!
Yuimetal used to be in this group but unfortunately her doctor said that her condition isn't in good state to do performing again so she had no choice but to leave the group.
Sumetal and Moametal performed together with an avenger(they call the backup dancers avengers) when Yui left. However, last year on april 2023, Momoko(she's a former trainee on Gp999) made her debut as the official member of Babymetal(she used to be only an avenger).
They created a very unique genre called "kawaii Metal" considering how their name is BabyMetal.
