    -- About this video --
    After waking up in the Mountain Jade Backpackers in Hokitika, we are taking the 20-minute drive to Hokitika Gorge to do the Hokitika Gorge Walk.
    When we arrive at the car park for Hokitika Gorge, there are heaps of information signs telling us about the walk and surrounding flora and fauna. Then we head on our way down to the gorge.
    On the way down on the Hokitika Gorge Walk, we get glimpses of the gorge and it’s famous swing bridge on the way. We see the milky blue waters of the Hokitika Gorge among grey rock sides and lush green vegetation. Right here is one of the most stunning places in New Zealand.
    We make our way down to the Hokitika Gorge Swing Bridge where we get lots of photos then the walk continues down to the river itself. After spending way too much time loving the New Zealand scenery, we head back to that famous Hokitika Gorge swingbridge and back to Hokitika.
    So what do you think of Hokitika Gorge? Is it one of the things to do on the South Island you would add to your New Zealand must-do list?

      Aw thanks! We'll get there :) Publishing videos every single day gives us less time to actually share our videos haha. Feel free to give it a share! ;)

      Haha yeah there is almost too much to do here in New Zealand! What's on top of your list for your second time here?

      Probably to Hike some of the trails and to see more of North Island. We tried to squeeze too much into our last trip and in the end spent too much time driving. (like you said in one of your videos) Next time we will go to fewer places and spend more time at each place :)

      Smart move Jerome! Having 3 days in each place feels like luxury when on the road, trust us!

    Hey Guys, loving your videos! we're heading to NZ in the new year and I'm curious how you got all your drone footage? I know the rules are pretty strict over there? Did you have to apply or get permission or anything like that?

    • @NZPocketGuide
      @NZPocketGuide  Год назад

      Yep, lots of paperwork and fees to go with them. Do you research, you'll quickly realize that it is cheaper and easier to leave your drone at home haha
