As expected, beautiful Simon O’Shine compilation/remix. Star Constellation in centre of image is Orion. Pink star top centre of image is Betelgeuse. Orion’s Belt and Sword show clearly to left of mountain peak (bright star in the Sword is M42 Orion Nebula) . Bright white star centre left is Sirius, and centre right are the blue stars of the Pleiades Cluster.

@@AnimePrayer Hi AnimePrayer - glad you found it interesting! Orion (The Hunter) is my favourite Constellation, and the M42 Nebula (the bright star in the centre of the "sword") is one of the most beautiful views seen through a reasonably powerful telescope. It's actually four stars forming a trapezium shape, and each of those 4 stars has a much small star orbiting - in total eight stars. Some of those stars also have a planet (or planets) orbiting them, but which cannot be seen via normal telecopes.
If you ever get the chance to visit an observatory, always ask if you can get to see the Orion Nebula yourself through one of their telecopes. Incidentally, the large "pink" star top centre of the image (Betelgeuse) is 600 light years away (when we see it on Earth, we're seeing the star as it was 600 years ago). The star might not be there now as it is in its "blowing'-up" stage. In other words, it might already have blown up, but we don't yet know it! When we finally get to see it blowing up, you'll be able to read a newspaper at night by its light for a few days! Cheers - Iain.
