The only Herrscher tier entity that could have the possibility to actually go inside the system is Seele, since Seele's Herrscher Core is not connected to CoF but Sa. Although with Vita being banned, the possibility of Seele entering the System is actually low since Vita is a clone of Sa. Mars is also one of the places Sa is scared to actually go as well.

Reading comments there, i think it's nothing to do with power level but more of blacklist, like antiviris blacklisting some software to even run or downloaded into your PC. Herrscher probably is auto blacklist

I have a theory that this happened after Vita's intervention and when Leylah appeared and forced us to throw us out, maybe it has to do with it or maybe it was Sena who kept us safe since in the 3 chapters we were fine because Sena was with us but when she disappeared and Vita came it was because we no longer had that protection that would have prevented what happened to Coralie.
Im pretty sure Senadina isn't relevant to the story anymore since she was essentially written out After the Shadow calamity story if we ever see her again it'll be to beat Leylah or something shame too I really liked her
