How is life in Korea for old people who have no living family members? I wonder about this because it seems like in a few decades that would be the majority of Koreans.
I think in Korea, elderly people without family often struggle with loneliness and money issues, but there are some government and community programs to help. With more old people and fewer kids being born, better support will be needed down the road!
@@peachbae0917 The problem with that is that the support needs funding, and when the share of working-age population shrinks the funds available to the government to spend on any social program also shrinks.
