Its not affordability we just don't make it like that any more. We don't and cannot grow enough to feed ourselves and must import much of our food.
You know, salt can be ordered from another region online, and for the sake of such a delicious preparation, you can once a month risk a paycheck, but what a sensation, never forget !!!!

Another epic vid, finally someone who prepares tomahawk steak the way it should be. I cannot count how many times I saw people outright just charr the steak and say how it needs to be done that way, I always said it was wrong and now I have a vid to prove it.
totally agreed, they always show undercooked steaks and say that everything cooked more is ruined and this video shows it how its perfectly done and how it should be.

This is the northwest mountainous region of Azerbaijan, mostly rural! However, it is accessible by car & local guide!

The Finnish torch has a flower appearance from above as well. Speaking of which, a Canadian updated it so a chainsaw or saw isn't needed: just split the log down the center, and separate by an inch or couple cm. Hotter flame by keeping close, cool down or stop by pulling apart. Works beautifully, and is an elegant evolution to this cooking technique. Mmm!
It looks fantastic, I can imagine the smell of must be even better. If I've ever wanted to be somewhere, it's in this forest waiting for some of the wonderful food. And I want a jacket just like that.

Just one of these steaks w/the side dishes would cost over $300 or more per person here in the USA, especially if its organic Prime level beef...only very wealthy people can eat like this now that beef prices have gone up 4 times higher than normal...but such is life, that's just how it is now...life is truly not fair...wonderful food..my dad's mother was originally from Azerbaijan..had to move to Iran when she was a kid but always spoke to her friends in Azeri dialect, and other times in Farsi...best cook I've ever seen God rest her soul...she took all her recipes to the grave with her...
