Sadly it is a COMPLETELY manual process. And it's super time consuming because I have to totally finish the episode (or the time can change) and then watch it paying really close attention, then pause when something changes, write down the time, and add it to the show notes in a specific (but very easy) format. So let's say I have a 30 minute video. That takes me around 60 minutes to film. 2-3 hours to edit. Then there is an hour delay as it renders. A four hour delay as it uploades and RUclips renders. THEN, I have to do the additional step of adding the four videos at the end. That's more complicated than you'd think. Then after all that... to do chapters I have to watch it, very precisely and slowly, and note the chapters. So it's an additional hour of work, long after I've finished that video otherwise. If you want to see how it is done, go into this episodes show notes and scroll to the very bottom. There is a Chapters section that isn't normally there. That's the format that I have to fill out. SUPER easy, but just time consuming. Once in a great while someone is annoyed enough that they watch an episode and make them for me and send them and then I apply them and they show up instantly :)
Definitely. Are there many? No, definitely not. It's a tiny portion of the total group. Just because of where Nicaragua is located and, I think, tax relationships between jurisdictions make it less attractive.
