A mobile place, in which being oneself is allowed and utopias are made real. Volumes are pure, sculptural, movable. Black explodes as an energetic sum of all colors. I have watched the show several times, to fully study it, and understand all the idiosyncrasies that sees the evolution of the modern Valentino woman. Pierpaulo has mastered the art of creating from a number of inspirations, fully understanding the woman of today, whilst incorporating the house's codes in a modern fashion. The gradual transition of the garments from solid colours, to more vivid and detailed garments is exhilarating. It gives the eye an opportunity to take in the details of the garments, and creates a magnificent cohesion, from day wear to evening wear. Attention to detail is key in this collection, with stunning VRing bags, and accessories. We also get a full sense of Pierpaulo's design aesthetic, the classical design aesthetic, taking into consideration all the previous collections as solo Creative and Artistic Director of the Maison. I still always look forward to his collections, Couture and Ready-to-wear every season. It's clearly understandable why he's received many accolades in the fashion industry, and seen as one of the most influential people of 2019 by TIME Magazine.
as always Pierpaolo's color sense is magnificent ! I do not if I am convinced on the the shoes ! they reminded me of the feet of an special breed of chickens ! The black models at almost the end of the show had magnificent faces ! The prints were fabulous 1

Да не дай бог такое действительно носить станут. Как-то совсем уже с чувством прекрасного плохо у многих ценителей стало. Для плоских и лишенных изящных форм может очень даже не плохо. Про тапки и шляпы вообще молчу...

I do not fully understand this collection. it seemed a bit morbid at times then. there seem to be a lack of flow. some pieces were beautiful but enough of the sandals

Sorry I never make negative comments, but the collection of black dresses looked to me like stylized burkas, and the sandals looked like oversized tattered sandals. I'm Muslim so I know what a burka looks like, so Muslims please don't get offended.

Los modelos están creativos pero los zapatos están horribles y dañan el lujo de las piezas. Faltan joyas...accesorios que den vida a esos modelos tan apagados y monasticos.
