I miss the 90's models , personality , selling clothes and designers actually being friends with them.. all these shows 2022 and past years are like watching Resident Evil.. except they are wearing nicer clothes

You mean they had nicer clothes in resident evil ... I ended up skipping most of it, not a single nice piece, nothing feminine or flattering ... I get it they don't want that anymore, but not a single one, they should at least have something for women who are feminine/soft.
Horrible collection. Some of those jackets look like coffins. Valentino used to be famous for making classy elegant sensual timeless collections. This one looks like more a h&m collection.

Wow...Valentino must be wishing he did not turn over the helm of his design house, the clothes are oversized, ugly and lets not even talk about the models. The best of Valentino was when he designed for the house, it was impeccable and the models WERE models not chromogens from the street..

What I like, is that most of these outfits are practical for everyone to wear. Sometimes I would see things and think ugh I don't know if I can pull that off for everyday wear but it looks pretty on her.

What do you expect? Crinoline ball gowns??? Fashion evolves. The sucked in tight around the waist clothes are long passé. They might come back in style 10 years from now but by then someone around your current age will complain about it too. I love Pier Paolo's aesthetics. The clothes are wearable and standout

Fascinating show, I rewatched it many times. The soundtrack is fantastic, the music, scenery, atmosphere are pretty immersive ! Pure fineness, exquisiteness and high fashion as it is 💎

I have always liked Valentino. After Spring 2020, there is a special place in my heart. A sad bit of bad luck, and then the Covid crisis. I might not have the chance again, but the casting people, the crew and everyone involved in the production then, were wonderful.
And of course...the clothes, and accessories...WOW.
In the 90s a smile was part of fashion. A model’s personality helped sell a designers collection. Now it’s as if the world is stoic.
A models nature never wears a smile. I get the competitive world of Fashion, but wouldn’t you want to visualize something different instead of robotic?
Yes, the colors are so vivid, the cuts and lines ebb and flow perfectly, a sea of beauty and grace, but that can only carry collections so far…or is it as the greats of decades past warned…to copy cat and follow another designers personality, cuts down your own fashion success.

I have to say that this is definitely a more updated, edgier Valentino, but gladiator sandals?! There were some good moments, but this was mostly a snooze fest for me.

Usually I’m a big fan of Valentino but with the exception of a few of the designs I’m quite disappointed with this offering.
Shows like this made me deep dive into the fashion shows of the 90’s, where models aren’t stomping around looking pissed off, but actually walking with style and yes, even smiles from time to time. Yes I know they are given direction by the designers but every show this season had the same depressing style.

I do love the shimmery fabrics on the longer dresses. And some of the capes and coats. I am not sure what to think of it overall. This is sort of a departure from previous Valentino tradition in fashion shows. I will chalk it up to me getting old. But bravo for the elegance of the evening dresses Valentino.

Eu sei que as roupas devem que se destacar mais do que os modelos, mas uma pessoa de bom humor agrega valor à roupa! Não sei se agrada ao pessoal do ramo da moda, mas o "consumidor comum" se sente muito estimulado com isso! Não é necessário nem abrir um sorriso largo, só precisa demonstrar que está feliz e confortável com a roupa!!!

Full series are full of color. Many creative designs, some are simple but stylish and most of the clothes are build up with different kinds of patterns.

I think there were 3 to 4 descent pieces that you could wear in public but the rest you could take and throw in an incinerator. I was taking a look at the comments. Have most people lost their minds? Most of the models looked like they came out of a zombie movie and the clothing looked like it was thrown together overnight and then just thrown on the models with no care at all. This is how fashion has degraded especially the name of Valentino. Someone should call up the designer and tell him to not waste his time and effort in trying to fool the public that this is fashion. This fashion show was crafted and put together by Satan himself.

А потому что только Российские Женщины следуют моде от кутюр. Следят за этим и НОСЯТ ИХ. Здесь, в США это всё так обесценено… НЕ В ЦЕНЕ. В самом виде. На Русских Женщинах это выглядит как «шедевр того дизайнера», а здесь это превращается в тряпку. Даже если очень дорогую, то всё одно тряпку. Хотя, признаюсь, я сейчас не совсем в том состоянии, чтоб всё то, что есть здесь хвалить

Очень красочная коллекция. Наряды интересные. Но одежда для мужчин совершенно не понравилась. Голые ноги в шортах выглядят беспомощно, жалко. Ноги мужчин не отличаются красотой. Мужчина без брюк пусть и в шортах выглядит мальчиком переростком, а пиджак или длинная рубашка сверху добавляет краску беспомощности, инфантильности, на мой взгляд. Бесполости. Типа "оно". Женские образы несмотря на красочность, лёгкость выглядят очень холодными и мрачными из за макияжа и мимики. Конечно, это задумка режиссёра или автора самой коллекции. Контраст между телом человека или самим человеком и одеждой. А всегда хочется гармонии. Но автору видней. Почему то я ожидала его выход другим. Но он выбежал как обычный мужчина в брюках.
