He may have died and been forgotten by the clan for his actions, but he at least remained true to himself and his code of honor. It's tragic, but it's a good death.

Defeated in most important battle to date: WE ARE THE STRONGEST! I almost feel sorry for them. They were doomed the moment Crazy Nick sensed Wolf had the most important trait of all the Clans - Author's Favor. Joking aside, it's a thought experiment if Smoke Jaguar survives by picking the Alpha corridor against FedCom instead of Delta and the DC. Their rationale was "attack the strongest" and, really, the FC was the stronger power. Oh well, maybe in a reboot.
Probably not due to the fact lore wise it would literally be just land on Tukayyid then just die. Smoke Jaguar couldn't even fight back it was that bad.
@@madmalkavian3857 Well, Beta Galaxy isn't wiped (until bulldog). could do a very hard mission to see saKhan dies and then withdrew. will be good to see cutscene for struggle of clan after battle. maybe too much work.
@maximnietokramskoi5728 Falcons would be interesting seeing as they got a draw at Tukayyid. Same with Ghost Bear because Ghost Bear is always interesting and they won their part.
@@Fallenscion He was not offered a bloodname; you cannot be offered a bloodname, a bloodname must be “conquered” in several trial combats. Jayden was offered to be sponsored, which means he would be allowed into the directly trials without going through a grand melee with all members of his bloodhouse who are interested but do not have a sponsor. Also it has nothing to do with my comment. To my knowledge there are three kinds of names. Bloodnamed warriors will carry their first name followed by their house name. Bondsmen (and maybe also former bondsmen) will be called by their first name followed by the clans name. Everybody else is only be called by their first name. The way I understood the naming conventions of the clans - and please correct me if I’m wrong: He is only Jayden and he will be only Jayden until he either dies or gets a bloodname, by which time he will be Jayden Ismiril or until he gets captured and taken as bondsman by another clan (e.g. Nova Cat) at which time he will be called Jayden Nova Cat. But at no time should he be called Jayden Smoke Jaguar (unless of course he gets captured by a different clan, joins that clan as warrior, then gets captured back by the Smoke Jaguar … then maybe…). There was also some rule about freeborn warriors taking the name of their clan, like e.g. Jaime Wolf. I don’t remember the rules here exactly; but I am pretty sure that only bondsmen and freeborns carry a clan name behind their first name.
@@Kref3 The naming of the clans goes as follows: trueborn children are given a name and they train in sibkos. Those that wash out are assigned to another fitting caste (those that survive). Sometimes high ranking members of a caste (often the scientists sometimes also the merchants) give themselves an honor name like Watson or Kepler to signify their expertise (trueborn warriors ignore the name when they speak to those so named). Once a warrior candidate has earned his way into the touman (true- or freeborn) he will now be known as Name + Clan. The same goes for bondsmen that are adopted into the warrior caste but have no bloodname. And a bloodname must be earned in ritual combat. You need a sponsor or if you don't have that can enter through the melee for the last spot of the 32 contenders. You can take part in as many bloodname trials as you want provided you still have your sponsor or enough achievments to your name. The more ambitious warriors often wait for a specific bloodname (those with few holders) to be free because they carry more prestige
Smoke Jaguar was too cool to survive. They were awesome antagonists. I wish the IS had destroyed the NovaCats instead. I mean in a way they did. Still.... Good thing the Timeline Ends after the FedCom Civwar.

5 month later, the jaguar eat dirt.
You could say they got smoked
Plot armor killed the Jaguars. Their merry Sue victor steiner Davion aka Battletech John Snow. Better to be erased then live w that garbage

All hail the clan crusaders! They were always superior but plot armor favors the inner sphere
I can't blame Ezra. He wanted to live up to Liam's example, and that would mean turning on the Clan in the name of the Rememberance.
Spolier alert: the clan smoke jaguar was disintegrated. Only reanimated like a century later to be Wolf clan puppet.
I wonder if there will be a tukayyid DLC.

The voice actor stuffed up. She's supposed to promote Jayden to star captain......... he's already a star commander🙃
And because he is not a bondsman but a trueborn without a bloodname, he is not Star Captain Jayden Smoke Jaguar, but “only” Star Captain Jayden.
