Is that the Revo? I came back on a new Evo and recently got my new Revo for more performance. I had both of my hips replaced back in 2018 just 3 months apart. 58 years old. I dealt with the pain for 6 years until my right one started locking up in 2017. Both balls of my femur bone died and it was bone on bone. My groin pain started after the replacements. Never had steroid shots etc... Honestly, the surgeries were nothing. No pain meds at all and I did great. I did most of my PT in a pool. Walking was the best PT. Riding a stationary bike too. I was back in the water 3 months after the 2nd surgery. I took it very easy. I had no restrictions for range of motion. Everything was based on how I felt. The biggest issue is all of your older parts trying to keep up with new body parts. Those pinch pains are usually tendons and nerves healing. I did my own PT after both surgeries. Lots of PT experience and self-motivated. Don't force your recovery. Listen to your body when it says enough for today.
Thanks for this type of video. I surf, broke my hip 2 weeks ago, total right hip replacement, and will follow in your footsteps for surfing & watersports 🙏
Dear Noel, following your show from Israel. Always interesting and professional, now also personal. Thanks for sharing and wishing you full recovery!!!!
Hi Noel. Love your show. This is the first prominent surfer to fully describe post hip replacement journey that ive been able to find. Thank you. I hope to follow your full recovery process. I am two years down the track from full hip replacement anterior approach. Mine was not straightforward and required additional surgery to try to fix a negative side effect known as illiopsoas impingement. I am surfing without inhibitions in the same variety of conditions prior to surgery. There is no difference in performance though I have new types of pain and this a personal challenge to manage. I recall lower back issues when getting back in the water. This went away after a few months of surfing. I think it's caused by a combination of inactivity ( surf motion) and all the adaptation to the prosthetic. These things take time! Rehab is very important but just surfing a lot is a big part of the recovery in my experience. One thing.... proprioception (balance) does not fully return until between 12 and 18months. I'm looking forward to that video of you reviewing a new stick from CI and other acclaimed shapers - be hard proof that full recovery and surfing performance can be achieved. Inspiration to many you are.
Best wishes to you on your recovery. Listen to your body and don’t be afraid to take things slow (recovery is a marathon, not a sprint). I had bi-lateral hip resurfacing surgery like 10 years ago. I am surfing better than ever and my hip joints are the most pain free parts of my body!
Glad to see you are getting stronger everyday. Coming back from an injury or surgery takes a lot of commitment and hard work, looks like you are crushing it!
Hey Noel, good luck on the road to recovery. When I came back from a broken ankle I rode a CI single fin for ages just for that forgiveness in paddle power but also for that soft forgiveness in the fins and drive. I also found it helpful in relearning the lost art of engaging the rail through carves and my bottom turn rather than just pushing off the fins. Love the show man. 🤘🏽
Following your channel from the very first videos, i feel sad, because i had back pain, and i live with it, i surf with it. You will feel better, human body is full with incredible ressources, hope the best for you, best recorvery. hope to see you back on track asap and show us more sessions, more boards. Because you are simply the best. cheers.
Noel! I believe this time of injury and surgery wasn’t easy for you but you seem positive so I’m very happy for you and also you know good people that are helping you with the rehabilitation process! Wishing you feel better and get back to the water and what you love doing as soon as possible! 🤙🏼
Hi Noel, I dislocated and broke my hip in February this year in a mountain bike crash. I had surgery and metal plates and screws to fix it. I couldn’t walk for 4 months but started surfing at 3 months. Now at 6 months and mostly back to normal. Daily mobility exercises and lots of physio therapy work are key. I’m lucky that like you it was my back leg so easier to pop up than if it was my front leg. I’ll need a replacement later in life. All the best for the continued recovery. ✌🏼
Good to hear you’re on the road to a proper recovery. Most people don’t do the work after an injury or surgery to get better and the over compensation by other body parts is a big deal. See you at the Boardroom show. 🤟🏼
Hey Noel, I'm glad to see your recovery is going great and you were back in the water at the 12 week mark ripping again. I also had hip replacement with a anterior approach. My symptoms were very similar to yours and have been dealing with a tight hip with limited range of motion for a couple years now. Now I know why my back leg was unable to rotate and was so tight and stiff. After a surf trip this July I got a MRI and just had my total hip done two weeks ago and also did a outpatient surgery. As a dentist, surfer, mountain biker and snow boarder I was so afraid to think my days were limited at Lowers on my short board. Watching you show really stoked me and am looking forward to getting back in the water at the 12 week mark. Thanks for sharing your experience and your show is awesome ! Curt
Brilliant Noel thank you for sharing and showing how we can continue to surfing no mater what physical problems challenge our lives. Keep it up everyone is here to support you.
Hi Noel i haven't been watching your vids for a while due to feeling a little depressed about not being able surf for the last year, I've got exactly the same issue in my left hip and due to have surgery this December. Thanks for posting your journey and i hope you will be back ripping soon!
Congratulations on having the strength and tenacity to work back from an injury like this. Great to see you back in the water and finding your stoke. Would be great to hear more about how you pick boards for recovery (e.g. Revo isn't a board I would think you'd be riding a lot when feeling 100%) as a lot of us have smaller injuries and can be out of the water for a while. Consistency and recovering from setbacks and injuries seems like such and underappreciated skill.
Hey Noel, thanks for the vid mate. I'm kicking off my own hip replacement journey in a couple of weeks and it's awesome to see how you've progressed through the recovery and the little hurdles you had to overcome. I'm already nervous for my first session back in the water and that's going to be months away! Seeing your approach was really cool. Awesome stuff, keep it up and hope the post-op improvement keeps coming!
Wow! Gnarly! Thanks for sharing, I remembered I almost had to have a back leg knee surgery after catching 100+ waves a day in Waco. Wish you best for a speedy and full recovery!
thanks for talking about this noel. hope you heal up quickly. in my mid 30's i discovered that making my hips more flexible really helped my lower back issues which lead to a big improvement in my surfing. consistent stretching and exercise is key for me, i'd be stuffed without it. i'm also over a year into a busted acl recovery and i'm back to normal in the surf but i'll always have a slightly loose knee socket. getting old sucks haha.
This is very interesting to me as I too had a full hip replacement. Mine however was on the front foot (left leg). Much of the pain and discomfort you describe brings back memories. Additionally, your statement about the first two weeks were difficult were spot on. I didn't care for the pain meds as they made me feel too foggy and caused significant nausea at times. Now, about a year and a half removed, I have all of the strength back (and probably some more due to better, more informed training). There still are certain (limited) movements that cause discomfort. I also have to accept that I really need to stretch and warm-up much more before getting into the water. Every time I try to rush to save time and optimize my time in the water it never pays off. I wish you continued success in your road back!
Im having my fron5 facing hip replced in 3 days. How ling did it take for your recovery to the water? Mine currently causes issues getting to my feet. Did you regain flexability swinging your front foot up?
@rodgerhughes6528 Hey Rodger, it took a few months. Of course you want to avoid immersing the incision for at least 8 weeks. Building the strength took about 4-5 months before I was comfortable popping up w/o pain. Gaining consistency such that I could get my feet squarely under me took another month or so. I was diligent with my PT as I'm sure most folks are to get back in the water. However, if you don't do your PT regularly, it could take considerably longer.
@@paulseckendorf6057 Paul, thank you for your response and advise, so, happy to see not only a surfer as good as Noel ripping after his surgery but someone who had the same issue on the foreword facing hip, as myself, back in the water so soon after surgery. Now, I am looking foreword to finally fixing this issue with my hip!
Thansk Noel for sharing your story. Surfing takes a toll on the body over the years. I've experinced pain in lower back and it has really hurt my pop up. I 've found several exercises over the years and wondering if you've thoguht about incorporating any health and streching information into the show... I know it's not an over the hill program, but I'm sure a lot of your mature fans have some pain issues. Keep up the great reviews!
Hey Noël, great to what can be done and beside all that technical support and good team this is a big mental process! Thank you for sharing and all the best to you.
That's a bummer but happy to hear that you took care of it. Wish you a speedy recovery and I have no doubt you will be back to your best soon! Take care!
Good to know all is going better ! From so many vídeos I ran through for advise, yours are really incredible. They re very comprehensive, relaxed and really a pleasure to wach. Keep on going you ll get back where you were. All good from Portugal.
Love this video! Thank you for posting. You are doing so much better than I am. I am almost 18 weeks post bilateral hip replacement. I am having a hard time popping up in time and I can barely sit on my 20 inch wide board. I've never had passive ROM from my PT. I think I should go back to PT; my doctor told me to stop at 7 weeks.
I had the right hip done in July 2020, and the left in April 2022. Straddling the board was a problem my first couple times back, but stretched it out at home, and now it's no problem. Full ROM and loving it!
Excellent video and inspiring to see you working so hard to be back out there ripping waves to pieces better than ever. Best wishes and vibes for a fast and strong recovery ! thanks for all the help , knowledge, and time you spend enriching the surf community around the world. also shout out to Aaaron for great camera work like always
This is scary! I'm looking up to guys like Kelly Slater and Shane Dorian a lot, they've been pushing longevity to unknown territory. Noel is for me proof that surfing can be done at a high level beyond the peak of the 'average' middle aged men. Then this happens to him and it's certainly not the end of the world for him in terms of surfing, but have seen countless times when men after a major injury, well into their 40s are just spending less time surfing and leaving with major breach in mobility. Now, I'm not saying that this fate awaits Noel, I hope he gets all his mobility back with his strength and mobility to keep doing his thing for another 10 years. I've been following Noel for years now, and he wanted to surf like Kelly and he achieved it, he has the flow, worked on his arms very well. He can be truly proud of what he achieved. Difference is that Kelly can go way deeper on his turns and projects himself unlike anyone I've ever seen. And this is a thing that hampers Noel at the moment. It's a wakeup call to address any injury or nagging things as soon as possible, work on maintaining the body as much as possible, strength wise but maybe even more importantly in flexibility. Especially since I'm planning to keep surfing the same as I do now at least as long Kelly is doing it at his level. He has 10 years on me, so it's a great way to keep course. I wish Noel all the best and hope he will be back better, stronger and faster soon. The most difficult part is done. And truly thank you for explaining all this.
This is perfect benchmark information for those who are determined to get back to surfing - are fit and disciplined - but know you have some tough work to do to get there. I'm now at the 12 week mark - having obediently followed all my physio advice - and supplementing it now with swimming (back to 1600m twice a week), cycling steep hills and spinning. But also listening to my body every step of the way as there is the temptation to push it and put yourself back a few steps - advice being - go slow to go fast. Surf was up this morning but chose to hold out until Friday with better conditions. I feel the time is right but anxious nonetheless. I will start with SUP surf and perhaps push onto surf surfing in a few weeks - as my physio and I are now working more towards the pop up stance. I'd rather just go with my gut on this - to set myself up for loads of surfing and more activities to come. Bottom line - this vid is inspiring and full of sound advice for so much of the unknown.
Epic… I am so happy to hear your doing well on your recovery. I agree with you… take it slow and steady. Congrats on your comeback to surfing and active lifestyle
My hip was out of place for like 3 years from a hit and run scooter accident. I was able to get it back in with a psoas stretch device. When it went back in, the sensation was insane. Prior to the accident I was diagnosed with FAI. That was the result of yoga. I opted out of surgery. It’s been 7 years or so, doing pretty good. But, I credit, “knees over toes guy”, in large part, cause he got me to focus on all the weak points that were likely resulting in the hip pain. I even have an arch in my foot now, which I never really had before. It’s all so crazy to me, cause you’d think, surfer, healthy!, can’t have issues. I wonder if the way you’re surfing, by internally rotating is what’s putting stress on the hip joint? I was a skater before I got into surfing, and so I have a more upright style, because the type of skating I did, getting low wasn’t in style. I still have a hard time getting low surfing; my default style is from 90’s street skating. Anyways, thanks for sharing the story. Hope it heals nice and you’re back to ripping and reviewing for RUclips fans. Best. Aloha.
So good to see you back in the water after that replacement.Congrats.I saw some scar on your knee as well and wonder if you have knee rep as well, just curious because i have some issues with mine and wonder if can still surf with a new one?Anyway, very inspiringnthanks for sharing!!Greetings
I'm looking at getting Hip Resurfacing vs Total Hip Replacement. Also on my back leg/hip. I know quite a few surfer buddies that I grew up with either had THR or need to at some point. All back legs. I am wondering if its something that folks that are born with Hip Impingment (abnormally formed hip joints) are prone to Femoral Acetabular Impingement (FAI) and then Arthritis and eventually a Labrum tear which results in the denigration and eventual Arthritis in the hip due to the Labrum getting slowly ripped and torn by the bone spurs that form from FAI. Word to anyone feeling tightness in their hip from surfing, get it checked! And mention FAI to the Ortho. They can remove the bone spurs and basically help to reform the hip socket so you aren't banging the femur and hip socket together constantly and get to the point where the bone spurs are eventually destroying the Labrum, which will eventually cause Arthritis and get you to the point where you have to get a THR or BHR (Birmingham Hip Resurfacing). In my opinion and what I have researched, the BHR is less drastic and allows for more natural return to athletics than a THR. Andy Murray, Thiago Spliter, Isaiah Thomas Jr, have all had BHR and returned to professional level sports since its essentially a metal cap on the femur and another inside the socket. The THR removes the upper portion of the Femur and does have more complications with dislocation and has a harder return to natural gait. I know that the THR is preferred nowadays. But the BHR should be looked into as well if you aren't ready for a THR.
Great analysis. When I was 37 (62 now) I developed severe hip joint pain. Out of sheer luck a fascia massage therapist was in town. After a couple of painful sessions, he taught me specific stretches for the hip, and said that had I done nothing I would have been a candidate for hip replacement. Today I feel great thanks to stretching, an anti inflammatory diet and trigger point therapy. Untreated trigger points can lead to joint degeneration I eventually learned.
I always watch your surf videos for your surf awesome techniques. Also your excellent product reviews. Amigo, keep it up. You made the big leap already, now the rest your positive influence and God help. I haven't been surfing for 30 years. But you inspire me in every video to go back in the water. My friend, keep it up to your excellent work. We can't afford to lose your positive and excellent service and chanel. 👍👍👍👍
Wonderfully articulated! (one wouldn't expect any less, after seeing your shows). I have have dealt with quite a few pre/post hip/knee surgeries from the training/re-training perspectives. I am very sceptical on Internet Gurus... so, it's nice to see a genuine, multi faceted Guru, explain stuff. :) It was interesting seeing the Pre-Surgery Pool/Wave footage. A lot of difference in your surfing, especially where your centre of gravity was during your turns, I'm sure you were guarding the problem, but also possibly some 'Rear Chain' shutdown (hammy, glute, etc). The Spinus Process abnormality affectation, extremely interesting. This will help a lot of people for sure and give them confidence. I'd be interested to know what you did to regain the Pop Up pls? Kind regards, Clive Rodell (in Oz).
Great to see you on a solid recovery! Might be fun to see some reviews of less high performance models whilst your on the mend! Mid lengths and more retro twins ✌🏻✌🏻
Thanks for the insights, your going into areas I'm worried about with hip resurfacing that I will be having very soon. Good luck and would love to know how the skating works for you as therapy. Thing with resurfacing is the recovery period is much longer , 6-12 months. I think the trick will be take it slow ,don't mess it up, be patent.
Nooo I'm 49 and been wondering what's wrong but you just described everything I'm feeling. It's very now and then at the moment. Guess it's time to see a doc. Maybe I can make it till spring so I can recover over the flat Florida summer 😆🙏🏼 thanks for posting this. Definitely an important subject. 😎🤙🏼 Oh and 🙏🏼for a speedy recovery back to 100%✊🏼
I’m 2 weeks and 3 days past a total replacement of my left hip. I’m 44 and a life long goofy footer from skateboard to surfing to snowboarding and even boxing. I’m doing PT, leg lifts, squats hip abduction and trying to walk as much as I can. I’m glad to have seen this, I was wondering if I would ever get back to where I was prior to surgery.
I'm 62 and facing the same thing right now (67 is the average for hip replacements). It has happened because from say 12-years old onward, all those hard bottom turns, top turns (re-entries, slashes etc), cutbacks and so-on all your weight and pressure is on your back hip. With you and me it's our right hip being natural foots. This has caused osteoarthritis in the joint (which you say is bone-on-bone). But for me the pain was not in the joint, but like you in the groin, and especially in the hollow of my right butt-cheek. And just like you I was surfing more-and-more standing taller, to the point of not being able to crouch for tubes. This significantly affects your surfing standard. These are classic signs of a hip that needs replacing. And, like you jumping up is a major problem. The hip replacement candidate needs more foam and length because he is using his arms more to jump up, rather than coiling up our right leg tight under our bodies (for a natural foot). I agree skating would certainly help. Until you crash hard & break your arm or wrist.
Hi Noel, thank you for this video. I am 22 years old and have a similar issue in both of my knees. I just wanted to reach out to ask if you have ever had any similar issues with your knees? I feel as though I have tried everything possible for me in Australia. This has been the hardest thing I have ever been though. I have only just started surfing again now after 18 months out of the water. Still in pain though. Thank you for what you do. I wish you all the best and I hope you are fully recovered now.
I had full ACL reconstruction knee surgery on both of my knees. The rehab was 6 months each… I know the pain and feeling. It takes a while to get better. After surgeries I was in pain for a while but got better. PT was tough… after the first knee surgery I rehabbed my second knee surgery back to health myself. I spent 4-5 days a week riding the stationary upright bike at the gym and did leg strength training 2-3 times a week. My focus was hamstrings for the first 3 months before I started working my quads.
I'd be interested to hear/watch a followup discussion of your progress now at 6 months. I just had hip replacement surgery 11 days ago. This video was encouraging for me when I watched it a few months ago and again today. Dig this and all your reviews!
I had my hip done in my front hip. Surgery went well but I developed HO (hetrotopic ossification). It’s bone growth from the trauma of the surgery. I do have pretty good flexibility and range of motion put the HO is preventing me to tuck that front leg under chest to pop up. I can get revision but that comes with risk. If it was my back hip/leg I would have had no issues in pooping up. Laird had his hip done also. Good luck , you are doing great! After 6 months or so it won’t be in your mind. I also had the problems like groin pain / surfing getting worse. Good luck!
Hi Noel, so glad to see your recovery. Your case mind-blows me 'cause my doctor advises against hip replacement. He says if I keep doing sports, useful life of my hip prothesis will shortened considerably. ¿Did your doctor's say something similar? Ps. I surf almost everyday, but as I have hip impingement, my front leg doesn't spread enough at the stand up , so I constantly fall. My mate push me to go on, but it becomes difficult to assimilate that you are going to lose every wave you catchi. Regards and keep on surfin'
Yes, my doctor did say that it will shorten the life of my prosthesis but it’s worth it for me. The pain was too much and I want to keep surfing and golfing.
Hey Noel! Thank you for sharing your story, hip replacements are tough and a process to recover from. I'm a student physical therapist and S&C coach looking to work with surfers in the future. Is there a chance you could do a 15-minute virtual podcast with me talking about your surf training, the road to recovery, and your current warm-up/preventative injury routine? Would love to pick your brain. Please let me know!
Thanks for sharing your journey Noel, hope your're already feeling better after all. It's very encouraging for me see your video once I'm planning to go for same procedure until the end of this year, and looking forward be back to surfing as well. I don't know what hurts me more ... hip pain or 5 years not been able to surf. I'm curious about the prothesis you have. Is it something the doctor did recomend (model, size, head-size, etc) that would be better for movement we do while surfing ?
This is great inspiration, not the injury, but I am in the same spot as you, back leg hip torn labrum plus arthritis, and just waiting for the right time to get my full hip replacement. I'm going on almost 3 years post injury and I am looking forward to getting this resolved
Age a wonderful thing 😂. Had hip /pelvis issues a little over 12 months ago. Thought it was a mechanical issue like you were having but blood test reveled other issues ended up with a diagnosis of inflammatory arthritis. So now on medication back in the water was out for basically 12 months. So the moral of all stories get things checked with good doctors when things don't seem right don't put anything off. Keep up on the come back. 👍
Hey Noel , just wondering how your hip is now? How long since your surgery is it now? Are you %100……or 80% or less? Was there something that you can pin point the specifically helped your recover, or was it just an accumulation of things? Thanks Love the vids
@@andylodge9293 My hip surgery was May 4th 2022. I’m 100% now and I attribute full recovery to Messages therapy (working out scar tissue) and stretching. Surgery was the best decision I ever made.

Get well soon !! Sigue enseñandonos ✌
I work in Rehab so I can attest to how amazing your story is. Congrats on doing the work and getting back in the water!
Hope you have a speedy full recovery
Noel! Wishing you a speedy recovery, I know we’ll see you out there soon!
Good luck Noel. Hope you have a speedy and effective recovery process.
Hate to say it but I find this one more valuable than your other reviews and I watch all of them with my favorite beverage.
Amazing stuff Noel! This is so interesting and definitely helpful for people I know (and maybe me one day)
Love this video!
Absolutely go back to PT.
I went to PT for over a year after my replacement. Geesh 7 weeks!
Work on your core strength too.
I had the right hip done in July 2020, and the left in April 2022. Straddling the board was a problem my first couple times back, but stretched it out at home, and now it's no problem. Full ROM and loving it!
@@jimmccarley9609 That's great!. I am slowly improving and hopefully I can surf in better waves pretty soon.🤞
Wow, best wishes on your continued road to recovery
Good luck with your recovery! Very insightful episode.
Get well soon!!! 💪
@@surfnshowreviews7777 thanks man
Noel, thanks for sharing this. I see you a lot down at our local. Cheers!
Sometimes we all need to take it easy with our body~ Get well soon man
My hip was out of place for like 3 years from a hit and run scooter accident. Best. Aloha.
So good to see you back in the water after that replacement.Congrats.I saw some scar on your knee as well and wonder if you have knee rep as well, just curious because i have some issues with mine and wonder if can still surf with a new one?Anyway, very inspiringnthanks for sharing!!Greetings
inspirational, i really cant wait to get mine done, thank you
Noel!
Get better soon brother.
Awesome Video!
God bless you buddy 🙌🏼👍🏼🙏🏼😌💯
legend! This is inspiring... i have a similar problem and looking like eventual surgery. Thank you!
We're all rooting for you! 🤙🚀
Glad to see you're on the road to recovery. Getting old sucks! had a surf on the new fins last week....worked great!
👍🏻🔥
You are lucky to have connections within the PT field. I wasn't as fortunate on my THR.
Get better soon brother, we miss you out in the lineup! #speedyrecovery
Good luck bud! That's a ton of work. You're a beast. Stick with it! We're proud of you!
👍🏻🔥🙏
I always watch your surf videos for your surf awesome techniques. Also your excellent product reviews. Amigo, keep it up. You made the big leap already, now the rest your positive influence and God help. I haven't been surfing for 30 years. But you inspire me in every video to go back in the water. My friend, keep it up to your excellent work. We can't afford to lose your positive and excellent service and chanel. 👍👍👍👍

Keep at it man and I’m sure you’ll be healing up faster and faster🤙🏽
Speedy recovery bru, can't wait to see you ripping again
Brahdah Noel...God speed for a better than new recovery! No worries brah once a rippah! Always a rippah!! Cheee!
It was interesting seeing the Pre-Surgery Pool/Wave footage.
Breaks my heart to see you injured and out of the water man, keep getting stronger I’m excited to follow your recovery 🤙🏼
😎🤙🏼 Oh and 🙏🏼for a speedy recovery back to 100%✊🏼
Excellent info Noel.
Hang in there you will feel better and better everyday
I did another episode at 5 months… check that one out
Glad your doing better, stoked for the Revo review. Bought that board day one and love it. Can't wait for the new reviews.
Thank you for all the inspirations, the force and knowledge you are sharing ++ + Can’t wait to see your next lines and flow ;-))
Stay positive bro, good vibes Noel
I had my hip done in my front hip. Surgery went well but I developed HO (hetrotopic ossification). It’s bone growth from the trauma of the surgery. I do have pretty good flexibility and range of motion put the HO is preventing me to tuck that front leg under chest to pop up.
I can get revision but that comes with risk. If it was my back hip/leg I would have had no issues in pooping up.
Laird had his hip done also.
Good luck , you are doing great! After 6 months or so it won’t be in your mind.
I also had the problems like groin pain / surfing getting worse.
Good luck!
Thank you. I hope you get break through too
Hi Noel, so glad to see your recovery.
Great video, glad you are doing great! Keep it up and maybe I will see you in the water.🤙🏄♂️
Get well soon! Love your vids🤙
Right there with you. I’m 10 years in and pulling the trigger next month. Did you decide when you’re gonna do it?
@@TikiLauMusic Feb 15th of this year. I already have been surfing and snowboarding. Hip is tight but getting stronger. Do it ASAP you'll be amazed
Noel, I desire that you back the water in high performance as soon as possible !

Age a wonderful thing 😂. Had hip /pelvis issues a little over 12 months ago. Thought it was a mechanical
issue like you were having but blood test reveled other issues ended up with a diagnosis of inflammatory arthritis. So now on medication back in the water was out for basically 12 months. So the moral of all stories get things checked with good doctors when things don't seem right don't put anything off. Keep up on the come back. 👍
Keep it up Noel 💪🏻
Hey Noel , just wondering how your hip is now?
How long since your surgery is it now?
Are you %100……or 80% or less?
Was there something that you can pin point the specifically helped your recover, or was it just an accumulation of things?
Thanks
Love the vids
@@andylodge9293 My hip surgery was May 4th 2022. I’m 100% now and I attribute full recovery to Messages therapy (working out scar tissue) and stretching. Surgery was the best decision I ever made.
