Yes, we were very lucky to catch them right as they were moving in. Our dog asked to go outside and when I let her out back, I heard that unmistakable sound of the swarm. I left the poor dog outside and ran in to grab the camera.

Can I assume that you live in or near Fairfax? We are near Warrenton, so basically your area. You should get something soon. Swarms are happening for sure. This is the second time we've been able to watch them move in. It's always an amazing experience.
