Some days I feel right where I’m supposed to be. Some days I feel I’m better than my belt level. And some days I feel like an imposter lol

50 2-wb training for 2 years consistently 2-3 times a week ... my imposter syndrome is now manageable cause now... when i train with blues n purps... they get some sweat pearls on their foreheads!
it helped me acknowledging i'm improving.

Hell I'm a white belt with imposter syndrome. EVery time I "win" a roll, I feel like I got lucky. If I go against a higher belt, and get into a good position, I tell myself they let me, etc. Imposter syndrome is always an issue it seems.

All the time. I am 64 four stripe white. Everyone I spar with is much younger and usually heavier . Not quite sure how or why I got these four stripes. But I will be white for a long time yet as I just switched schools a second time in two years of training ..I am good with that.

I honestly don't think it is a syndrome for everyone. Honestly, my purple is solely about attendance and presumptions of my skill. It can't always be imposter syndrome. Some of us just suck.

Yes, but when you are over 40 years old, I would say every 5 years. Everything goes downhill fast 🤣🤣🤣
