Very informative presentation as usual, brother Matthew. My wife and I have been reading the Torah from the beginning very slowly to try to understand the practical and spiritual aspects of His Law. When we discussed the mauled meat, we came up with every other aspect, such as unclean animals pecking at it before it being found, the bull, goat, etc. fighting back and spilling the unclean blood on itself, diseased insects, and so on. We didn’t even consider the careful spilling of the clean animal’s blood. Just goes to show you how much there is to learn, but it is a wonderful process to grow and mature in the faith. HalleluYah for people, like yourself, who try to understand every aspect of the Scripture and teach it with compassion and mercy in a simple to understand manner. May Yah continue to bless your ministry, brother. I enjoy watching these teachings every week with the wife.
I genuinely appreciate the encouragement. 🙂 Always remember that other reasons for not eating mauled meat may still be legitimate; sometimes it’s not an either/or but a both/and.
What if a deer is accidentally hit by a vehicle and dies from blunt force by the driver. Is the driver that witnessed the death allowed to take the deer and properly drain the blood and slaughter it for food?
FBI raided them several years ago. It wasnt in mainstream news for obvious reasons. It will take a little time researching to find the original news report. I don't care to verify this again because I already did that for myself. Recently, mainstream media did there typical "fact checking" about what happened... which we know when they fact check anything... we know it's true.@@quipstad
