INGREDIENTS:
1 Eggplant
Tomato puree 120g
1 Mozzarella
Cherry tomatoes 100g
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Dried thyme
COOKING:
- Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes
- Put back in the oven for another 15 minutes

Come hai suggerito, e quando puoi, vorrei un'idea sulle lenticchie ad esempio a me piacciono tutte le legumi secche, a volte mangio le lenticchie appena cotte con giusto un pizzico di sale marino, le tue melanzane sono una buona idea aggiuntiva, grazie!👌🏻❤
