Today's Tutorial Information:
▶ Technique: Liquid Puddle Pour and Marble
▶ Pouring Medium formula: My paints are mixed with a pouring medium and water. I use good quality paints that have a good binder. My pouring medium is Owatrol Floetrol. I use a ration of 1:3:1 - paint: pouring medium: water. You may have to adjust your ratios depending on the paint brands you use.
▶ Color Palette:
Amsterdam - Vandyke Brown,
Arteza - Pearl Marmalade, Pear Deep Brown
Liquitex - Blue Turquoise
Pebeo: Iridescent Blue Black
▶ Hair dryer: When I use a hair dryer I use the Remington D3010 and always use the cool setting and the lowest blow speed.

Wow. Interesting color composition. It remains me on the autumn country, when the leafs are some kind of red, brown and the sky is grey and blue. It was again very good choice to connect this colors with the marble. I like it very much ❤.

Thank you! 😊
Wow, this is absolutely gorgeous. What a great colour palette! I love the marble design and it's never boeng to watch you drive the marble. This piece will be stuning qhen the varnish is added. Great job again 🖒💖
Good to know that you will create more paintings with these colours. Brown is really underrated imo and dark brown combines so well with turquoise. The only problem I have with browns is that they remind me if sweets and therefore make me hungry. BTW, the Amsterdam dark brown in the cup looked to me like Hershey's chocolate syrup LOL 😂
Thanks so much Michaela! I agree with the syrup! Haha 😛
Love it ❤
Thank you Hyacinth 🤩
I’m not a brown fan but this is lovely!
Yay! Thank you 🤩
This turned out absolutely amazing. I have been diving into browns lately. Take a look at the new paintings I recently posted. Love to see how you are evolving.
Thank you! Will do! 💙🤩
Love the earth tones and ghost marble. I so want to try this one. Still waiting for delivery of supplies. Unfortunately the metal ball i got was hollow ugh. A better ones coming. ❤
Thank you 🤩 have fun when you do yours 🤩
Brown is not a colour I use so I was doubtful. The closest colour I use is a metallic bronze. I was wrong to doubt it. This turned out amazingly. I'm just curious, what is the purpose of using the pouring medium in this kind of technique?
Thank you! I use it to just help the colors not muddy and infuse too much 🤩
@@MarkJRatcliffeArt Ah ok. Thanks, that's good to know.
